Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel property was very clean. Location. The hotel is walking distance from lots of good restaurants, the Factory (concert hall), and TopGolf.

1 - Only (1) Shared TV in the suite. 2 - shower design, just don’t like the open concept (no door) … water on the bathroom floor after every shower. That said, I have noticed a lot of hotel chains are moving to this design.

Location was very nice. Not very busy even though it was off a very busy highway. Breakfast was good!

I brung my Nintendo Switch to play while vacationing, but the TV hookups didn't allow for me to play it without the volume being obnoxiously loud. If there was a way to bypass that small inconvenience, even if it included a fee of some sort, that would have made the experience even better in my opinion.

The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was great.

The shower dripped all night onto an aluminum drain, which was very annoying. The shower also didn’t have a door, so it felt cold even when the water was hot.

The room was beautiful! Very cozy and well kept. The gym was very clean and had a great selection of equipment. It was nice having disposable wipes to wipe down when I was done rather than the usual spray bottle and towel. The breakfast was WONDERFUL with all of the different options and fresh fruit.

When setting up the sofa bed, there were a few pieces of popcorn and a sleeve of little “shooter” bottles (99proof Watermelon to be exact) under the couch. We picked it up and threw it away but it made me question how thorough the cleaning was when the sofa bed is used.

Very clean! Not kidding that I saw what appeared to be the manager walk by the ice machine outside the elevators and run his finger across the seam of the machine to ensure there was no dust on it! Very nice place!!!

The property was very clean and actually, there were a lot of guests when we arrived at the hotel but the whole time you really couldn’t tell from the non amount of noise. The room we chose was a very comfortable room with the kitchen area/ lounge area. We have stayed here at least 3 times in the last 6 months and plan on being there again in the following month ahead. The location is ideal since all the restaurants/stores are conveniently located right by it.

The only thing that was a negative is the loud sound of the AC in the room when you turn it on.

It was very clean, the room was super spacious. All of the amenities were excellent. Only stayed for one night, but I would definitely stay again.

Loved the mini kitchen/living area. Extremely clean and accommodating. A cook top, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes... it was perfect

Only complaint would be the reservations department off site. They were not very friendly but once I reached someone at the front desk it was great.

Everything! From the front desk staff, to the room, to how incredibly comfortable the bed was, it was great

No complaints at all.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the closeness to the venue were we attended the Jazz Festival
