The room was very clean, needed silverware though. Breakfast was wonderful! Hot options like bacon and eggs. My husband loved the chorizo breakfast tacos!

We got to the hotel late like 9pm so we were tired, it was dark and we had a hard time finding our room in building one. It was Labor Day weekend and the pool was full of kids screaming until 10:00 when the pool closed the problem was our room was right by the pool and we could hear the kids very plainly! It calmed down after 10 though and we were happy with the rest of our stay.

The suites are simple, yet have everything you need. If you only stay 2-3 nights, don't worry about a thing. You're fine. If you'd like to stay longer, bring some amenities like better toiletries. This place is great value-for-money so upgrade yourself if you stay a week or longer. Honestly, this is a neat place to have around Chesterfield. It's very convenient.

Breakfast time could easily be an hour longer and still be considered short/early. No clue why they won't just have breakfast until at least 9:30. Coffee is available in the lobby around the clock, so there's that. The room cards are ancient and demagnetize if they touch your phone or another electronic device. It's as annoying as it sounds, but getting replacement cards at the front desk is easy enough. I had to replace 3 cards over my 3 weeks of stay.

We loved the "room". It was like an apartment style hotel room. King bed in the loft with a bathroom, 2 full beds and a bath downstairs, and a couch (pullout if needed). It had a full kitchen, stove, full size microwave, and a full size fridge. Property was clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast had some good options. Location is in a great area, close to a Schnucks and close to shopping.

Checkout was at 11am, but when I went downstairs at 9:30am to clean out my vehicle and get it ready to leave/packed up, the housekeeper gentleman already had his cart outside of where we were. He remained outside down there until we left at 10:15am. Felt like he was impatiently waiting on us to leave so he could clean our room and we left WELL before checkout time.

Nice room. Spacious with good heat and air conditioning.

I purchased my room through Booking.com 2 nights for $233.84 I was charged $250.00 . I didn’t get the price I agreed to. I got home late Saturday night and the parking was minimal. I was in the back corner and I had to park my vehicle in the front corner opposite of where I was staying about a block away. Missed breakfast the first day because we weren’t informed of the times breakfast was being served. Showed up at 9:30 AM and they were already broke down. The oven in our room was not working properly. The utensils were minimal. Just enough for two people.

The beds were very comfortable! Also, having a full kitchen was very nice for a family trip! The setup of the room was very nice, being loft style. The pool was very nice as well. The location was perfectly hidden away but very close to any retailer you may need.

The water within the room was really tricky. It took a long while for the water to get hot, and then once it did, it was scalding, and it made bathing smaller children very difficult. On the listing, it says it includes a pull out couch. However, the couch was not that.

Friendly desk service, spacious rooms , and parking was adequate. Having a full kitchen is always great! Having some bakeware for pizza or casserole would be appropriate but there was none.

Falsely advertised sofa bed ( which was just a sofa ). Check out time was wrong on my booking , it was supposed to say 11 am but it showed 12pm. When I brought the sofa bed to the attention of staff nothing was done about it. Breakfast was TERRIBLE….. and very limited …. Yes there was hot food but it was burnt , and the pancake maker was broken down … which left us with the option of a muffin ( those were good ) , cereal , or bagel… was definitely not impressed…. Didn’t even go the second day because it was that bad the first.

Check-in was quick and simple.We booked a studio suite, and we were not disappointed. I was so impressed I joined hotel member rewards program . Breakfast was a buffet. It was more than I could've imagined from a hotel. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Pancake machine need to be replaced; it's ridiculous to have breakfast attendant to stop and continue to "fix" device that needs replacing.Not to mention young kids waiting on pancakes . It had issues on both Sat and Sun.

Great room, was really looking forward to using a kitchen.

Kitchen had one small sauce pan with lid. There was really no way a person could cook a meal or use the oven.

The hotel was in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the attendant worked hard to make sure everything was well stocked.

The parking lot was kind of small. Most of the spaces were filled and we weren't able to park near our room for the entire stay.

This is not just a hotel room. It was more of a studio apartment but at hotel room rates. Great room/apartment. A few little blemishes but nothing that matters. Comfortable king bed. 3 closets. Full kitchen. Large TV. Large bathroom. Handicap bar on side of tub/shower, but bottom of tub is very slippery. Great water pressure. No cleaning service for 2nd day. Building #10, I think we were in Apt 8. Laundry room near office. 3 washers/4 dryers, cost $2/ea for each load. Can use credit card. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast bar. Location is about 20 minutes outside of St. Louis. Not in the heavy traffic areas all the time.

Charged a $250 incidental fees to your credit card at check-in. Said it would be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. I never actually saw the charge on my card. This fee is ridiculous. Our place for two nights was less than the fee. A few other places we stayed charged $40 or $50 but $250! WOW!
