I love the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff. The woman at the front desk is very friendly and sweet.

The breakfast was undercooked and horrible. The kitchen staff are very careless and could put more effort in the food that is being prepared. For the price of this hotel, the food could be a lot better. Pancakes, sausage, and bacon would be a great start. Also, one of the staff members was very unkept and was wearing A dirty uniform. Please do better with the breakfast menu and ensuring the staff is presentable to guest🙏🏾

The bed was really comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Nice room layout. The Mellow Mushroom pizza place was very convenient to grab dinner.

Location was good, but not great. The road network once you left the highway on the approach the property was confusing. The physical layout of the hotel made it difficult to use the elevator and luggage cart to move items to your room. It was like a maze to find your way to the back part of the property. Late arrivals (2am) to the room next door did not help.

The location was great. The building was nice.

Understaffed. The people who were working did a wonderful job. I felt bad for the lady who was working solo in the kitchen. She was getting bombarded from everyone who was trying to get breakfast. As much as she tried, she just couldn't keep up. Luckily, she had a maintenance man who helped what he could, but in the end, it is noticeable that two people should run breakfast. Especially on weekends. Another situation I noticed was the front desk lady. She was just about to go home when I got back for the night. That was around 11:30 PM. It was sad to see her there bright and early the next morning working the front desk again. Even though you can tell she was tired, she was pleasant and professional.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! Kat, the manager was so helpful and Nyla (sp?) Was very attentive. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming as well. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a situation where another guest was taking pictures of our children and being real suspicious. Also seen him taking pictures through other people's windows while out by the pool. This matter was taken care of very seriously and the guest was evicted from the hotel. Kat, the GM was so good and handled this matter professional and got law enforcement involved right away. Creeps are EVERYWHERE, watch your children closely.

* One of the sliding doors on the closet did not move * TV in the sitting area quit working (could have been the batteries in the remote) * Bathroom could use updating e.g. free standing shower vs. shower in tub

Breakfast was great. Large selection on entries. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was large to accommodate all spaciously.

I do not eat pork products. Though there was pulled chicken, perhaps more turkey and or beef breakfast sausages.

Clean, free parking, and quiet. enjoyed having doors to separate living space from bedroom.

One of the staff members woke me up out of my sleep at 7am to ask me what time i was checking out. At first she was knocking, but when i didn’t answer fast enough she proceeded with trying to open the door with her master key card. Like why is that a thing??? If check out is at noon, why are you disturbing my sleep asking me what time I am leaving? Very rude and unprofessional. And had i not been there, why did she think it was ok to just open the door to my reserved room?

All the staff, their kindness and their dedication to making our stay the most rewarding of all. Very rarely does a hotel's marketing match the service they provide, we will definitely stay at the hotel again.

I did not like the breakfast. More choices should have been offered. Scrambled eggs were still wet, sausage was barely warm. Potatoes were actually Tator tots.

The breakfast was very good, but what was great about breakfast was the gentleman taking care of the breakfast and dining room. He was SO pleasant and friendly and you could tell that he took pride in keeping everything clean and that everyone was happy.
