Was pleasantly surprised that you had the complimentary happy hour. The breakfast staff was so kind to wait for my son who was on his way down a little past 9:30am.

I feel the quality of the food served at breakfast could be stepped up a notch to match the quality of the hotel. For example the pastries or the fruit could be upscaled a bit to give it the feel to match what the rest of the hotel feels like as far as quality. And provide a thermo of real cream for coffee drinkers instead of only disposable small packets...tiny things like that I feel would give the experience a better match for quality.

The hotel and staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The free food and snacks and drinks were an awesome bonus. Everything was clean and well kept. Housekeeping was wonderful! The location was perfect and Close to many places. Overall, we had a great experience.

The gym was small compared to similar hotels I have been to. The pool area was almost unbearable due to humidity. It needs better ventilation. There was no allergy info on the food and the staff didn’t know the information either. Not many food options for gluten free people. Quick note: in future building design, don’t put the entrance doors off center of each other. Watched many people walk in to the glass windows as the doors are not aligned. Almost did it myself.

My husband didn't care for the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were really dry. We didn't eat breakfast for the remaining two days at the hotel as a result. One morning the maid came by before we were out of the room and left us a slip of paper that said he/she wouldn't be servicing the room as a result. It was around 10-ish. Personally, I thought that was kind of early on a weekend day to be blowing off the servicing of our room! We asked at the front desk that our room be serviced and were told it would be done, but it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, we made due, but it has kept me from rating this stay as "exceptional."

I loved the fact that they had dinner available. My son and I where at six flags most of the day and my mother was at the hotel and I think it was great that she didnt have to worry about dinner that night.

I didn't like that they served the same breakfast every morning that we were there. Also, I think dinner should last at least till 730 or later because some people get in late

It would have been nice to have a vending machine with drinks on our floor. It was nice that you were able to purchase them downstairs, but I was on the 7th floor and didn’t want to make the trip downstairs at night.

Comfortable bed. Body wash conditioner and shampoo in the shower on the wall. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not great. The fruit tasted bad. The oatmeal was like soup. The yogurt also didn't taste good. I thought it was me but the other person with me tried it as well with the same thoughts. I am usually 100 percent happy with their breakfast but it was definitely off this time .

My family and I were truly impressed by the exceptional customer service we received. We were genuinely taken aback by the kindness and professionalism shown to us. I regret not asking for the names of the individuals who assisted us, as each one was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our experience.

All the staff were incredibly courteous and friendly. The entire place was clean and welcoming. Parking was good, food was good, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The only suggestion noticed was the shower curtain. They can get smelly with always being wet, and need to be washed and sanitized to rid the smell.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all super nice and helpful. There was a bonus “kickback” event in the evenings (not sure if they always do this or not) that had free food and drinks which was unexpected and awesome in addition to a good breakfast so I feel like we really got a lot of value for our stay.

There was a group of little girls having some kind of party in the room next to ours and we could hear them screaming and giggling for several hours, so the only area of improvement I would suggest is thicker walls.

The room was great and breakfast was great. I used to stay there when I worked at Mercy and had meetings at the headquarters in Chesterfield. Loved it then. It lived up to my expectations, which is why we stayed there.

There is nothing you could have done about this, but there were a lot of kids and chaos. That kept us from going downstairs and enjoying the lobby area. However, I found the staff very patient with the situation.
