Everything was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the staff were really nice. The hotel is in a great location. There are things to do within walking distance of the hotel. And if you want to drive, just a short ways, there is even more to do and see. Last, but not least, this hotel had a fantastic breakfast that we enjoyed every day.

Clean and good location

Our room didn’t have hot water. When I ask the front desk about it they said no one else had said anything about the cold water two days in a row. So for 200 dollars for a night I wasn’t really impressed with the lack of trying to make it right

We needed a place to stop on our way through St. Louis. This location was clean, safe, and pleasant. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, especially if you like omelets and cinnamon rolls. Yum! The beds were comfy, too.

The hallway had a faint smell of body odor. Not sure if it was a cleaning chemical or a guest, but we noticed it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in staff was so friendly, the facilities were really clean, and breakfast was good. We would stay again!

My kids loved swimming in the pool, but the chlorine was so strong, it burned our eyes as soon as we walked in. Also, the shower in our room barely had any water pressure, and the water never got hot. It was barely warm enough to bathe in.

one of the better breakfast's I've had in this level of Hotel. Good variety of hot breakfast items. However I went to get more coffee before leaving at 8am & all the coffee was gone & nobody around to bring more

the tv & remote was antiquated. the remote was diry & all the buttons didn't work well. the water pressure in the shower was very weak. the soft water made it difficult to rinse the soap off your body, especially with light pressure; Also ran out of coffee in the lounge & nobody around to bring more

Best bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Supportive but still soft. we have a tuft and needle at home that I am very fond of and I felt like I slept better on this bed, even with waking up every 2 hours with a newborn. aEasy to find and get a space in the parking lot. I really liked the layout of the breakfast area, you had some separation for privacy and the seats were really comfortable and clean! The room was great. I liked the lounge chair, the bench when you come in to put your luggage on (we have a newborn and put his baby carrier there). I was really pleased with the hooks on the wall for coats/clothes because it was raining. The lighting behind the headboard and the sconces were really easy to reach and convenient and there were lots of plug ins. I was so impressed with the bathroom because it had a half wall between the sink and the toilet for privacy. Being a week postpartum I spend a lot of time in the bathroom and I appreciated how I could put all my supplies on the half wall ledge. I also liked the different lighting features in the bathroom, the mirror backlight and how there was a ledge behind the bathroom sink to put your jewelry/accessories on. I felt this hotel room was very well thought out, I liked how it even had a little side table you could move around where you needed to.

There was a big couch in the way when you first walk in the lobby that made it hard to get a cart through. You also have to go through a small doorway to get to the elevators from your room level which made it hard to maneuver the cart to get in and out of the elevator area. I am assuming this is a fire safety protocol but it was inconvenient. I also felt they could have had a greater selection in the breakfast area. But the staff was great to refill things and be available while people are there which is not always the case with the understaffing many businesses are facing.

Breakfast is great 😋. Great selection. Wonderful to walk down in the morning and see something for everyone in your group of picky eaters.

Could have a better detailed cleaning in restrooms, powder remaining from past guests, tiles need a good scrub.Understandable housekeeping must not get much time for each room for things like that.

Location is perfect. Close to places to eat, shop, etc. 25 mins from downtown St. Louis. Good breakfast, better than I expected. Good variety however there wasn’t any pancakes at the “pancake station”. Hotel is updated, clean, and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the pull out couch bed wasn’t comfy at all. I get it, it’s a sofa bed, but dang it was not smooth and kind of poked me in the back. Not a huge deal breaker for me though.

Hotel was in a great spot. Right off the highway. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was open and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

Our shower had Luke warm water and it did not get hot for us.

Minor housekeeping and maintenance items were not taken care of such as soap refill, burnt out lights, shower handle not working properly. Identified these to the front desk but did not get a sense they would pass it on to fix.
