The staff was very nice and helpful. I love the kitchen and stove.

The knobs on the stove had no numbers or high med low or anything to tell me if I'm cooking on high or low . And the front right burner the big one doesn't heat up well enough to cook. The left back burner is the same. However those are the only issues we had with our room.

The room was very nice and clean. It was also nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, We arrived very early and the room wasn't quite ready, but they quickly got us in.

The parking was kind of mess, there wasn't enough parking in front and the parking in back was not accessible by any door, so you had to walk around the hotel to get in.

Lindsay checked us in and was amazing! She does it all. Her customer service skills are outstanding. It was a 10 minute drive the back way to an event we were at.

The bed was ok, a little more firm than I like. Our room was nice but the floors were dirty. I had taken my socks off and noticed the bottom of my feet were no longer clean!

The Staff was great.

There some customers. Very loud for all hours of the night. Playing loud all the night. In a few times I have stayed there some of them have really messed up some of the rooms. With stains in the rooms that the staff can't clean.

I didn’t like how in our room we would find random things. Especially in the couch bed. We found rellos which I thought the room was smoke free. No wonder it had a bit of a smell.

The suite was clean and nicely set up. It had a kitchen in it I was not expecting. I did not use it but it was clean. I had the ground floor and was happy with this.

The parking lot is narrow and finding a place after dinner was hard. I had to park in the narrow lot away from the building. The TV did not work and I wasn't the only one this night. They were having problem with it. I did report it.

The rooms were very clean and well organized. All the appliances worked, the shower was easy to use. Staff were friendly and courteous, always making sure we were doing well whenever we saw them. Check in and check out were not stressful at all, and we definitely got great value for our money. We will absolutely stay there again.

Might keep coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all.

I like that room it was a warm type of feeling comfortable clean and I like been on the 3rd floor

Staffing at night was very nice but had to call several numbers to get checked in. There was a lot of trash outside. Even though it was clean it needed some updates and maintenance.

The location of the property, the neat and cleanliness. The staff were also friendly, considerate, and helpful.
