The guy at the front desk was friendly & gave us some good recommendations for places to eat.

The water pressure for the bathroom sink was terrible & hardly any water came out of the faucet (hot or cold). Also the way the Faucet lever was positioned too far outward most of the water ended up on the sink counter & not down the sink drain. Along the wall in the hallway outside the bathroom was marks on the wall from a luggage cart. That could use some fresh paint. Didn't like the sulfate free shampoo it didn't lather & made my hair feel greasy. Everything else was excellent.

The breakfast was enjoyable. The location was excellent for our purposes. The staff helped my husband when he had trouble getting connected to the internet. It was easy getting in and out.

There were problems with the system to check in upon our arrival. It is difficult to be personable when all interactions involve an uncooperative machine. I chose not to check in ahead of time. I appreciate being greeted by a live person.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member at Hampton Inn. We will stay again! Our room and bath very comfortable, clean and well lit. Breakfast was delicious with many choices, both hot and cold. Attendant was very helpful and friendly.

Temperature in our room #331 was set at 68 degrees, but felt much warmer. Hallways also felt warm. Maybe a heating issue occurred that weekend?

The room smelled like a bathroom, but the bathroom smelled fine. I couldn’t find the source, I had a big exam and no time to move rooms. I sprayed a TON of my perfume to get where I could go nose blind. Shower was dirty. Couldn’t find the source. Dirt specks everywhere.

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary cookies at the front desk were one of my wife's favorite touches.

The hotel and our room are older and in disrepair. The carpet right when you step into our room had a big hole in it. There were unfinished drywall and paint repairs in the room and bathroom. The 2 ice machines closest to our room weren't working and the gym is very small and outdated.

Clean and easy parking. Staff at the other location were very helpful when it turned out I was not booked there.

I tried to book at another location but somehow I got booked here a few miles from the event. Having almost the same name as other locations is confusing.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful. When there was a mix up with my check in, I was upgraded at no extra cost, and staff continued to check on me throughout my stay.

I didn’t like the pillows.

Ella front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. greeted with a great smile. even though checking in later. breakfast buffet was appropriately portioned with a lot of options room was clean and fresh smelling. bottled water and mints were a plus

water pressure was definitely substandard. shower was not strong and toilet didn’t seem to have flushing power. king size bed had four small couch pillows. should’ve had three larger pillows as other hotels offer

Very clean and up to date room. The staff was very friendly. Great location. Will definitely be back.
