Coko and Roni! We love them. They always make us feel welcome. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. They are incredible assets to this ESA location as well as to this company.

That everyone isn’t as friendly and accommodating as Coko and Roni.

Everything is great for the price and I appreciate the little touches the housekeeping staff do to make life easier for guests (e.g., additional trash bags already in the can, pillows pre-positioned to inspect for cleanliness, placing the soaps and towels at the optimal point of performance, etc.)

I did not appreciate the fact that the gentleman at the front desk charged me for my stay when I had already paid online. I advised him of this twice and both times he told me that booking.com didn't charge my card for my stay (when they most certainly did, as they should have). There was another guest ahead of me who had the same issue, but unfortunately for him, he couldn't check in at all because he didn't have his state issued ID. Thankfully my issue was resolved at checkout by a lovely young woman with DYNAMITE hot pink nails and great customer service skills. She was very kind, personable, and understanding, which brings me incredibly close to forgetting all about the gentleman who double charged me and calling it a perfect stay.

At first I had a couple issues with a room but your staff solved it.

The people in the office were friendly and helpful

The staff is awesome and the beds are most comfortable ever, we would give a 5 star rating on just the bed.

Plumbing in bathroom didn't seem to work right other than that all was good

Great/friendly staff and clean hotel. Vince the maintenance guy is super quick to fix anything you have an issue with. I've stayed at quite a few hotels where the staff is inappropriate and unprofessional and this place is a hidden jem.
