Breakfast was well stocked, great variety, prompt refilling of food during meal time. The beds were clean and comfortable, the air units worked, it was quiet enough for the babies to sleep. Microwaves and fridges in the room were an amazing surprise!! Bonus, we didn't have to pay extra to use them!!! They also accommodated us with 2 rooms close together to fit our family of 9. Parking for our family bus? "Wherever" - just how we like it. Late check-in, past midnight. No problem. I looked high and low for an Airbnb throughout the states of MO and KY to fit our needs, but they were ridiculously priced. There was no way we were going to fulfill a chore list either. Just for one night!! We saved so much time and money coming to this hotel. I hope Airbnb hosts take note!

This is the reason I didn't give a full star rating. The whole building looks like it needs some love. Stains, broken vanities, worn out caulking. With the price we paid, fine location, the service we received, and the ready made full breakfast in the morning we were ok with the old building. They would have to charge a lot more to repair all the upkeep needed.

The clean room, friendly staff, and the location to Barnes Jewish Hopital. Excellent value!

The common areas are very run down, door keys didn't work 50% of time and tvs in the room are really small.

Check in was very speedy and pleasant, Nikki checked us in and gave us all the information we needed for our stay! Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast, the host was on top of keeping the seating area clean and the food stocked. The room was better than I expected, I wiped a few surfaces down again, but I typically do that anyways so not complaining. The bed was nice, also. The pool was well kept. 15-20 minute drive to all the attractions my family was interested in, nice little gas station right next door, super convenient and comfy stay for a fraction of the price of closer to downtown st. louis hotels.

Staff was friendly and the entry is as well kept as the rooms. The pool was excellent including the pavilion and charcoal grill area. Beds were super soft and the rooms were modern and very well kept and included lighting that was adaptable throughout the day and night for whatever occasion.

The only downside would be a petty one. Breakfast is unimpressive. I was in the lobby at 6 on the dot and the presentation was there but all it consisted of was bagged scrambled eggs and rubbery sausage with a small selection over dry bread and bagels. I've seen better breakfast at MUCH WORSE hotels. It's not that big of a deal but I always like to get my money's worth.

Nice hot shower with tub. Air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Liked sausage gravy and biscuits on day one, but was none on day two, only sausage. Liked multiple power outlets. Alarm clock was very simple to use. Room and bedding was clean and fresh smelling with no smoke.

TV remote could work much better. The elevators were NOT WORKING! BAD BAD BAD. The stairwell doors slam shut with a very loud crashing bang. EXIT signs need to be EASILY VISIBLE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION.

Comfy bed mattress was a pleasure. Breakfast included very good scrambled eggs. Desk and chair were helpful for studying Google maps on my tablet. Staff were friendly and helpful - the day time attendant helped me with finding my way on the unfamiliar road to visit my sister.

This was my first time traveling alone and I am 77 years old - the pre-registration from my home computer was time consuming and extensive. (This may be the standard for all hotels.) It was unexpected.

The staff was super helpful and respectful. The rooms were a nice and a fair size. The double bed room's beds were super comfy. Rooms were clean.

The elevator near the lobby was broken so had to foot it to opposite end of the hall or use the stairs. Not the biggest deal, but still a little off. Bed in king room was a stiff box spring that wasn't the most comfy for me .personally. If you like a firm mattress it probsbly.would.be fine. No ventilation in the bathroom. Other quests were having an argument in the patio area at 2 AM - nearly 3 AM we could.hear on the 3rd floor. None of these were major issues by themselves, but just little areas that could stand to be improved. As far as the other gueat part. I really wish the staff had asked them.to chill.or.leave much sooner.

The hotel itself and the room were both great, and the hotel grounds were beautiful.

The hotel was extremely short staffed. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were able to check in. There were no bath towels in the room. The breakfast was served late as the server staff was late, and the food was cold.

Everything!! Staff was awesome 😎 we had a problem with the heat. They put us in a different room. This was early morning. Around close to mid morning front desk called stated that they wanted to put us in a better room!! 💕💖🙏🏼 Thank You 🙏🏼 All

Breakfast could have been better, but still pretty good.

It has all I'm looking for as a pet courier:lovely staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, free shuttle to the airport, good choice for breakfast, pets admitted. I'll come back!
