There was a nice tasty selection for a light breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and ample seating.

I experienced problems with the Samsung television: could turn the set on but could not select a viewable channel. After repeated failed attempts to view anything, I contacted the receptionist, who proceeded to the room and corrected the problem. I turned off the set for the night but it had the same problem in the morning. Contacted the helpful receptionist, who corrected the problem. Thereafter I left the set on continually.

That there was no smoking cigarettes in the rooms! I'm disabled so it's harder to get up and to go outside every time I wanna smoke a cigarette! Msde up for it Iin so many other ways though so no worries!! 😄♨️🆘 Plus ....the microwave did not work so we had to leave the room to warm our ♨️🆘🥑🥝😫😵‍💫😵

I don’t usually eat breakfast, but was disappointed that only powder creamer was available. I think liquid creamer or flavored creamer would be something that would have made a difference.

I didn’t really like the entrance to get to the hotel, you had to go through a restaurant parking lot. When I went into the room, it was 64 degrees so I turned it to 72. By the next day, the room was musky smelling. It even smelled like someone had smoked in there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile and hello. There was always someone available to accommodate any requests. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Had some issues with the WiFi, but was unable to determine if it was the weather or my equipment. However, I was able to work from my room with few interruptions.

Easy to check in. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast bar needed more choices. Cereal and milk would be a nice addition, as would waffles.

Staff very friendly and accommodating Cleanliness of room and amenities were way beyond expectations, especially given the price. Excellent value.

Choice of fresh fruit at breakfast could have been better.

Rooms were spacious, very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable.

The Bathroom was very dated and in need of new tub.
