Everything was clean, very nice in appearance and the breakfast is the best that I have yet to run across. Great selection, tasty and the person running it kept it stocked.

The traffic circle accessing the hotel’s road is confusing and it takes a few times to get used to it. And I would like someone to tell me why restaurants close at 9:00. We drove for 12 hours the day of our stay and just barely were able to get into the restaurant across the street. On a previous stay we had to search for a place to eat that was open after 9:00.

You could tell that this hotel was new, I could still smell the paint. I was excited to stay at a place that was new and see how they handled things. Checking in was nice and the stay was great. The amenities were outstanding and the front desk clerk even had biscuits for my doggie. The welcoming feeling was definitely there and I couldn't be happier. I had stopped to avoid storms in the area and driving through them. I woke up to no power in the hotel and called the front desk with my cell phone and they let me know they were looking into it. I ended up taking a shower with a flashlight, but the lights came on right after I got out of the shower, making the time without power only an hour. By time I got dressed and out of the room, breakfast was ready in the lobby and I was amazed at how quickly everything got taken care of. I loved this stay the most on my 3 weeks across the midwest.

Everything was PERFECT! I was told that the hotel is about five years old, but the room and the entire facility looked BRAND NEW! The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was amazing and like I said, everything was perfect!! Unfortunately, we didn't have time for breakfast the next morning but it sure smelled good!!! The only "issue" was that it took a while for the room to warm up. Pretty chilly when we got there but was nice and comfortable after about 45 minutes.

Check in was easy and room was clean and as expected. Sadly the pool was being cleaned and my kids were really looking forward to that. And I was too! But it was out of our control and I totally understand. Breakfast looked great had a lot of options which was nice. I just grabbed a coffee but my husband and 3 kids ate breakfast and enjoyed it.

Breakfast was great, room was big and comfortable. Smart TV allowed me to connect my own device to stream and was also able to check-out from the room. USB ports all over the place.

Some of the USB ports didn't work, but enough did. The shower door was hard to slide, could probably use some WD-40 to make it easier to move - had to grab and pull with two hands. Once I got it to one side just used the other half to get in and out so not a big deal.

Facility was very clean, staff was cordial as well. Continental Breakfast was very nice, had a good selection of items.

Some very noisy customers beside our room, could hear them out in the hallway late at night but that's not the hotel's fault but rather the parents of the kids.

The pool looked.a.little cloudy, but there had been alot if peiple there, so complaints, stayed at a classic places the night before in stlouis, I got good rest here

Very clean, we got a larger room for the 5 of us. Our oldest is special needs, and it was easy getting her wheelchair in and out. The breakfast choices were great and the staff was very friendly.

Wish we could have used the jacuzzi, but it closed at 10 and we missed it.

The staff was positive and friendly, the breakfast was excellent.

It was very warm in the hallways, like the AC wasn’t on. The Elevator smelled like manure at times and maybe because dogs were present but it was okay.

Location and price were great. The staff was very friendly. The facilities and room were clean; plenty of pillows and towels.

Staff was having technical issues and I was not able to check in for a couple of hours. It was 76 degrees when we first walked in the room and it smelled like the previous occupant was a smoker. The breakfast was so-so; omelette's were cold the first day; Scrambled eggs were rubbery the second day.
