After a long 3 day drive, I was exhausted. Google gave wrong directions to the hotel. The staff kindly redirected me when i called to say i was lost. Also,The manager went above and beyond to assist me with my car. The next door car wash wasn't working properly and failed to rinse the soap from my car. The manager called the car wash and arranged a second wash which also failed. He ended up rinsing the 2 layers of soap off my car at a nearby hand car wash. You don't find this kindness very often.

The property as a whole was superb. The only and minor issue was that the tub faucet was leaking (reported to the front desk upon check out) and the guest laundry room didn’t have a lock to prevent unauthorized entry. The previous Holiday Express we stayed at did have a lock which required a guest keycard to open. Beyond this a great stay!

Location was perfect for the reason I was there.

We had an issue at first. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the bathroom overflowed after my daughter took a shower. The wonderful gentleman at the front counter (at 6AM), put us immediately into another room. He was wonderful!

The hotel was fine...it's BOOKING.COM that I will never use again since they don't stand behind getting me a refund for the room since THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AND HANICAPPED PEOPLE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME!!!! NO MORE BOOKING.COM FOR ME.

Loved the location-right off the interstate and next to a great gas station. I felt very safe. Loved the room and the staff.

The pool was broken at the time but we stayed here a couple of weeks later and it was fixed and it was fabulous!

We were very pleased with the updates with the room. We really liked the lighting fixtures above the bedframes, and above the decore on the other wall. The water pressure from the shower was excellent, along with the shower necessesities already there for us. The pillows were labled soft/firm to help with the comfort for all customers.

I wasn't a fan of how easily I was able to hear other guests talking in the hallway and others in the bathroom. To me it seems like the doors are not sound proof very well.

Pool, smoking area, exercise room, friendly staff with a good breakfast. Room was comfy with a great shower.

Some repairs in the room were never finished with the drywall. Didn’t impede anything though.

Room was very nice and clean. We arrived late and staff was very nice.

The smell in the hallway smelled moldy and like someone had been smoking in it.

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the variety of options.

The room was a little warm for this time of year. It made it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

Great choices for breakfast. Important reason for selecting hotel.

Increased prices on Fridayy and Saturday nights.
