The breakfast was great! The fruit was fresh, and I was surprised there was bacon!

The room could've been a bit cleaner. There was some smeared jelly on top of the TV cabinet from the previous guest. The lady that checked us in Friday afternoon was very friendly. The lady at the desk Saturday morning had a grumpy look on her face every time I walked by.

The location was great. We were attending a party in Union so it was a good location. The breakfast was good although I would’ve liked to Ketchup and the one thing that made me the most mad was the elevator was out that night when we got back and we had to carry up our coolers and belongings up three flights of stairs to me that’s unacceptable

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean to start with.

There were ants coming out of the airconditioner unit and when we left the trash by the door for pick up the next day no new bags were put there.

The way the hotel smelled as soon as I walked in was a really nice touch and I loved the deep blue paint which made it feel luxurious.

I was disappointed to see that the ottoman in my room was soiled when every other aspect of the hotel that I saw sparkled.

Rooms were spacious. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean and updated. Nice workout room. Nice pool area. Great choices on breakfast. Excellent stay. It is close to the Katy Trail and great wineries. The downtown area is close and quaint.

This was our 3rd time at this property and for some reason the beds were really uncomfortable, so much so that neither of us were able to get any sleep. We were each in our respective beds as well so it wasn't that one person was tossing and turning keeping the other awake.

I liked the location, and the breakfast was awesome!

I would only say that there were no blackout curtains and a security light shone very brightly all night through our thin blinds. Other than that we had a nice stay!

Bathtubs with jets are impossible to clean, no one should install them because they are just filthy. It's not the maid's fault, that's just a dirty bathtub design. The King Deluxe suite should have a clean bathtub. If you turn on the jets it's going to propel mold all over the tub.

I loved that the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. And that all the towels and sheets were clean.

The mattress was quite firm and uncomfortable.
