Room was very clean and comfortable. Good shower and in-room amenities. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The location is a little confusing; you have to go to a side street behind the hotel. There are steps up and down to get to my room (split entry). My room faced a side street (very close) and pickup trucks early in the morning was the biggest drawback to staying here.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful! Three different people all great. Younger lady with check in, middle-aged man helped me with vending machine issues, and another lady in between their age helped me grab some milk for the road my baby after breakfast was closed down.

The pool room seemed inviting at 80 degrees, but the pool was cold for indoors! Still enjoyed it for a little bit.

The gas station beside the hotel, we also woke up with a dead car battery, and the lady from housekeeping I can't remember her name, I feel terrible about it because I would give her a complete shot out for giving us a jump start the morning we were leaving to go home, I was so grateful! They had really yummy breakfast with eggs, sausage, B&G, waffles, orange juice, coffee and some other stuff! They pool was perfect for my three boys, they are 10,8 and 5. We had the two queen room and it was perfect for the five of us! It didn't have a roll out bed

Nothing I can really complain about, It was great

I've stayed here multiple times this year and have always rated my stay as excellent. However, this time I'll have I'll have to down grade my rating. The HVAC unit in our room never let the room warm up. Granted it was 22 degrees outside, but I would think that the room would have gotten warmer than the high sixties. Other than that, everything was great!

Close to where we going and places to eat. Rooms were quiet and the staff could not have been more friendly.

The breakfast was the same every day. The only ice machine was on another floor. The vending machines were too expensive and one of them was out of order.

The staff that I met were more than polite and helpful. My room was clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Actually, enjoyed staying there.

Just wish that the biscuits provided for the biscuits would have been a little fresher. LOL

The front desk people went above and beyond to accommodate us. Breakfast was fresh and hearty and the beds were so comfortable after a long day of travel.

I would have liked a hot tub.

Breakfast awesome! Pool for kids to swim! Great radius to six flags, restaurants, and activities!

Don't have conjunction door. I had to get out of my room door to check another room.

The staff accommodated our requests and were friendly. The quiet area the hotel is situated in.

The mattress was a little hard and the pool was cold.

Attractive, clean, pool clean and convenient , breakfast bar was super nice and staff especially Ricky was helpful and friendly! Loved the soft beds and pillows
