We didn't eat any breakfast at this location. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice/helpful. We will be staying here again in the future. We are hoping to come back maybe in August or September.

The cable TV could've had been better. There wasn't many channels to watch that were any good. Thankfully the TV in the room had the TUBI app and also YouTube. So we watched shows from those apps mostly. The beds were kind of uncomfortable and weren't the easiest to get up and down on. I believe the bed mattresses were different than the ones they had last spring. It seemed like last year the beds were different and were more comfortable.

The location was great! My wife, daughter and I plan on staying here again in the future! There was a misunderstanding about the price of the room and the guy at the front desk accidentally overcharged us $15 because he thought we needed a room and didn't realize we had already reserved a room online even though my wife had the paper with her showing that we did . My wife said he was real nice about it when she went back in and asked about it and had no problem giving her the $15 back. Excellent staff all the way around!

They could have had better breakfast options. When my wife went to check all there was honey buns and cold cereal. So we didn't eat any breakfast from here. When we stayed at the Super 8 motel in Festus and St. Charles MO both of them had/served biscuits/gravy for breakfast. St. Charles location also had scrambled eggs on their menu.

I've stayed here many times. I stay here when I have to have surgery at St Joe's, Lake St Louis My latest stay was in Jan 23 . It's a little outdated BUT, it's always so nice and clean. Ive stayed in some really expensive hotels before and the cleanliness of them was very disappointing. The house keeping in this Super 8 was amazing! The pool temp was perfect as well. They didn't serve any type of breakfast, so I can't speak on that. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable room, this is it. It doesn't have all the and whistles to it, but its clean and comfortable and the lady at the desk was very kind and sweet!

The shower water wasn't very hot, it was Luke warm. I'm assuming you have the hot water heater set to a certain temp. It definitely needs to be turned up. We stayed in room 106. At check in, we were given the room card to room 103. When my key card made the sensor turn green, I opened the door, horrified , to see mam standing right now. He freaked out a little and I freaked out a lot. We got a good laugh out of it once the shock of it wore off. The desk clerk that worked the shift of the desk clerk we had, had formed to put in the system that 103 had someone in 🤣 went and told desk clerk and she was so apologetic and fixed it right away.

I find the breakfast bar somewhat sparse, so my wife & I go elsewhere. The upgrade from the room we normally stay in was a pleasant surprise.

Maintenance in your rooms needs to be a little better. eg: flashing lights in the sink area, towel bars that are coming out of the wall, light switches at the entry level that don't turn on any lights.

Very clean rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly. Property was quiet. Breakfast was simple but fresh and coffee was great. This is now the hotel I will always use when in the area.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they discounted a pillow we accidently got something on during a nosebleed, were very helpful whenever we need help and were confused on our booking,

We were moving states and needed a room/rooms for 6 people and 3 dogs and I came across this place and the room available had 3 queen beds in one room. It was perfect for the size and price

We stay here often, good location for us to visit our family there, close to restaurant and shopping , good value , our room was really clean.

Only one entrance/exit which is thru the lobby. Good for security but long walk down hallway. There are side doors but they all have alarms on them. Overall a good place to stay.

It was close to my location, and it was very clean compared to the ones that looked before beforei got there. The sheets and the towels smell so good , and they very white. Love it!!!

I wish it was a 12:00 check out instead of 11.
