The property was very clean and well kept up

We had a coffee pot but it was never replenished with coffee for us to make each day. We went down and asked for more coffee and it looked like the desk clerk could not speak good English and had no idea what we wanted. He finally figured it out and gave me 2 Kcups. We were there 5 nights and had 4 cups of coffee in our room. We are big coffee drinkers and love to relax in the morning with our coffee. Also the trash cans were never emptied and the towels were replaced everyday except for one day

They promised they would do their best, but no guarantee to have a room ready earlier than the normal check-in time; they were very accommodating and kind when we requested a later check-out time the day of check out (we had a late night and were moving a little slow). It was close to the ferry into Grafton and had places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. It was very clean, bright, and inviting. We will most certainly be staying again. Thank you again for playing a small part in making my birthday fun and relaxing.

While there were places to get food;Perhaps, a wider selection of late night munchies on-site. But really it wasn't a "dislike" just a "would like".

Stayed in a Two Queen Suite with two twin beds, perfect for my niece birthday. Beds were comfortable, space was awesome & breakfast was amazing. Cinnarolls, cereals, omelets, sausage, muffins, pancakes, yogurt, apple-cranberry-orange juice, extremely soft fresh biscuits & gravy, milk, water etc. I def recommend this hotel & I took pics as we were checking out but ofc it looked much better walking in

The tv in the space where the twin beds were didn’t have a remote and didn’t work w/out one so it was kind of hard keeping the kids calm but good thing our room was at the end of the hall so we weren’t disturbing anyone.

The updates are nice, the new TVs are awesome and the blackout curtains are divine

The shower has hardly any water pressure and no grip on the tub floor which made for a very slippery shower. Also there is no where to hang your towel in the bathroom while showering. Also I understand the importance of sealing the parking lot but it would have been appreciated if the front desk would have warned us about it being done and the workers blocked me in and then got upset when I asked them to move so I could get out

The breakfast was a plus. The bedding was excellent. It was very quiet there as well.

The pool wasn’t a heated pool. The temperature in the pool room was heating the water. This made it hard to breathe in a room with a 96 degree temperature.

The artisan breakfast sandwich was great. Also, they charged just a small $5 fee for my son to eat cereal.

The room was a little outdated and quite small, but it worked for the two of us.

Clean. Easy access to room, lobby, pool… Great breakfast

The shade did not make the room dark enough at night. The lights from the parking lot shined right in our room, through the thin shade. We didn’t get much sleep.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

The air conditioning would not go below 68 and even then it didn't really work well... it kept it coolish, but did not remove the humidity making it very muggy in the room.

Don’t know how old the hotel was but looked pretty new. Very clean. Staff was all friendly. Good breakfast including warm cinnamon rolls. Would stay here again.

Location was good. Breakfast met expectations but staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests to be served and many had to wait for food.

The room that we booked was not available at checkin so we asked for a different room because we were on a time schedule. We were accommodated with a lesser room but we were not told until checkout that the hotel could not refund us for the difference in room rates.
