The huge gap in the door allowing light, sound and cold air in our room. It was negative 30 and we were right next to the door. The heat ran all night making it hot in there but was freezing if we turned it down or off. At check out I stood at the desk for over 5 minutes ringing the bell. I even tried calling the hotel to get an employee to come and check us out. After 10 minutes I had to write a note and put the note and the keys behind the desk. We were on a schedule and had to leave. It should nit be that hard to get an employee to the front desk.

The jacuzzi tub 🤩 and lots of comfy pillows

We first thought the jacuzzi didn't work but we found the timer switch way on the opposite side of the room there was no signage. There was no railing to get into the jacuzzi nor a anti slip mat on the jacuzzi. It was painted and felt gritty. It would have been nice to have a TV guide

The hotel was newly remodeled when we stayed in 2024. Everything was spotless with new bath and sink. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with real bacon! :)

No towels in the pool room. Also, it was very cold in there but we lived. The water was very warm though.

Rooms and entire place was very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh and was quite tasty!

Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, as there was a place for it built into the furniture, but no fridge provided. That's a pretty standard amenity in most places these days.

I accidentally forgot my laptop in the room, and the manager made sure they held it for me to pick up on my way back to Ohio. I really appreciate being able to trust them to do that.

The staff was friendly the facility was clean and very well-lit and welcoming. The morning breakfast was very well displayed and had several choices. Pool area was nice, clean, and relaxing.

The pool was well maintained and had a very cool look with the windows. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great. We could walk across parking lot to Denny's. The location of our room was super convenient for loading and unloading luggage. I requested an adjoining room for my kids and had no issues with the reservation. Kids had a blast in the pool and really enjoyed having their own room next to us.

Comfortable beds, nice and quiet, good breakfast. We will stay here again when we go to visit my family in Kansas.🙂

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

This is my preferred hotel to stay in when traveling to the area. Great location and price. Always clean. Breakfast is filling and delicious. Staff is friendly.

It was clean, comfortable, pool was nice after a long hot day at the ball fields, and staff was super nice!!

Bathroom was really small.
