The location convenient to restaurants and eatery. Very clean rooms and facilities. n

The front desk clerk could have been a little clearer at check-in. She had a heavy accent when asked, or I said I did not quite understand she looked or acted somewhat offended. I asked nicely, friendly, and explained I needed her to repeat it. In addition, she was speaking low. The guest above our room was loud throughout the night. Profanity appears to be fighting and arguing. Which was a misfortune because it is an excellent hotel. I like morning breakfast, but at a sleepless night , their menu was not too inticing to make me want to leave the room. We checked out at 12:00 pm and made breakfast at home.

The location, the staff were friendly, and it’s a beautiful hotel. It’s very clean and very well taken care of and the rooms are modern with a very modern lobby. An open feel and it’s classy and in a great area. The staff go above and beyond to help you and provide great customer service.

The Internet was horrible. It kept cutting in and out, and I couldn’t use my phone for a great portion of the time I was there. to be fair I’m not sure how much of this is in the hotels control but it was very inconvenient

It was gorgeous and very clean. Great conveniently located hotel. Staff were amazing! Charles and his partner were outgoing and friendly and went above and beyond for our personal satisfaction! I would definitely stay here again

HORRIBLE WiFi. My phone was blank for much of my stay which was frustrating! This is not the staffs fault but this needs to be addressed Air conditioner is LOUD. Wow! Walls are super thin. I could hear conversations. Thankfully I got to my room late enough that my neighbors weren’t up much longer Not a wide variety of food options but there are restaurants nearby if you have a car

Room was clean and comfortable, a bit fancy, even. Staff was friendly. We didn't spend much time in the room but it was nice and comfortable.

there was a bit of confusion with payment during check-in and check-out that could have gone a little smoother, but the staff was friendly and helpful and it all worked out well.

The room was excellent!!

We didn’t see the sign for the breakfast and the lady just made us up a ticket and it was $27!! We had no idea it was extra since we missed the sign that was out. Perhaps you could figure out another way to make sure your guests know prices of menu and ways to pay.

Location access was excellent. Great and safe location. Free parking, eatery on site. Quit hotel and traffic. Decor was nicely appointed. Very spacious near other entities. The room was nicely appointed.

Modern, clean and spacious. Service from friendly staff made the stay a positive one.

The shower pressure was non existent. The air conditioning was noisy and struggled to maintain a steady cool temperature at night. The walls seemed thin. You can hear movements, tv and curtains drawing in the next rooms.

bathroom was nice and clean, room was vlean and nice, over all was very pleased.

room needed a fan,only 2 little bottles of water, tv didn't have any good stations, for the price should have better viewing.

The facility was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were easily available and helpful. This is a beautiful and well-kept hotel.

We love the location and cleanliness of the property. The in house bar is also a nice addition that we enjoy. Size of the rooms are great and have everything you need.
