We have stayed in this Holiday Inn for the last ten years while visiting family. The staff are always extremely helpful, everywhere is clean, great breakfast, very accommodating for our large group. We all meet in the breakfast area with family, the kids love the pool, it is just all around fantastic. I want to give a special shout out to Susan, the evening front desk person. Between booking.com and Holiday Inn computers there was a mix up in our room selection. She went over and above, even cleaning the rooms to get us the accommodations we needed. Thank you so much.

Nothing absolutely nothing.

The room was clean and the facility was nice. It looked like they were working on doing some renovations too. The breakfast was awesome!

The bed wasn’t made, the sheets and pillow cases were clean and sitting on the end of the bed when we arrived at 10pm - needless to say, we weren’t thrilled to have to make the bed before we could lay down. Also, the pillows themselves had the odor of dirty hair/scalp, even after putting the cases on them.

Location, staff was friendly and very helpful and the room was clean

One complaint was our air conditioning unit was very loud. Staff did come up and made adjustments which helped quite a bit but it was still a bit noisy.

I loved how you had breakfast options for everyone with healthy options as well as the go to staples for my kiddos. Everything was so clean, the beds very comfortable and my kiddos loved the pool.

I wish there would have been some weight options in the fitness room.

The breakfast was ok. The banana nut muffin had no flavor. The sausage was decent. Bacon was good. The staff was great.

The containers in the bathroom would stick. Push it down it would stick. Had to pull it back up.

Great location , clean facility . Bed was comfortable and love how cold the a/c is .

Pillows were not comfortable . My rags were dirt stained, and my room had half used rolls of toilet paper still on the rolls. The refrigerator did not work .

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was quite good; ample choices and tasty.

The room was not ready. Asked for early check in. No way. So ok. But not even ready at 3. When should have been. Very dissatisfied in that. Had to wait forever. Short staffed. Tub wasn’t really clean. So no baths. So they should have credited like half the room. Because they’re faults. But whatever

Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean throughout the property. Plenty of parking. Would most definitely stay there if passing through again.

Shower was fantastic!

Greeting and attitude of front desk check. In girl was was cold and uninviting, almost as if it was a inconvenience that she had to deal with checking us in much less answer any questions we had!
