The location was perfect for our itinerary and easy to get anyplace in the area. There is a little country store across the street, which was convenient. We enjoyed the grill each evening to cook out.

The only thing keeping me from rating this as a 10 is the tap water. Once we were in the room there was a sign that for purposes of drinking, bottled water might be best. While the water is safe to drink it’s very cloudy. That was a minor inconvenience the first night because we hadn’t known to bring in drinking water. After the first night, we were prepared and even used bottled water to make our coffee. That’s our only negative about the place.

This is an older hotel not a brand new resort. It is at the bottom of a winding road, not the top. It does not have fancy views. It does not come with breakfast. It is just a 5 minute walk to a quiet fishing spot and comes with a well-equipped kitchenette. The price was also great, especially when compared to other hotels closer to Branson. The pool was old but the water was cool in the middle of 100 degree days in July. I think this is because it was deeper (8 or 9 feet) compared to the 3-5 foot pools at other hotels in the area. I would stay here again.

Convenient to SDC. It was clean and stocked. The actual bed was comfortable.

No air conditioning in the second bedroom and the unit in the living room was not large enough to cool down the bedroom even with the door open and using a fan that was provided. Choice of pillows was flat or huge and rock hard. Need an in between. Need more than one couch for seating furniture when you have rented a place that can accommodate 6 people.

The owners were wonderful! They make you feel at home and are very accommodating. They made our stay a good one! My kids loved the movies in the office and the pool. The kids enjoyed being close to the lake and Silver Dollar City. We felt blessed to find a place with such accommodating owners.

This is just personal preferences and good to know things: The water on Indian point is chlorinated. It was pretty rough on the skin. The beds were a little rough but the size of the beds made up for it. It would be the perfect room for a guy’s weekend on the lake but a little constrictive for a trip into town due to Silver Dollar City traffic in the morning (breakfast isn’t available at the site).

We enjoyed the pool and having the kitchenette. Parking right by the door was great. It was convenient for bringing our two spaniels. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom is really small with no hooks to hang clothes or towels. It would have been helpful to have a hairdryer.

Older property away from the hustle and bustle of Branson but still close enough to everything. Enjoyed the quiet peaceful setting and having the kitchenette allowed us to cook whenever we wanted instead of going to restaurants

Very clean. Great value for what we need and excellent location to SDC. Owners onsite and accommodating to anything we need. This is our third year in a row to stay over Veteran’s Day weekend, and will continue to be our home away from home for vacation getaway.

The owners were great and helpful. The room/condo were very clean and uptoday with nice appliances. Pool was very clean and had nice swings to relax on.

The only thing was the air conditioner in our room was right by the front door and did not cool the bedroom that good but the of the room was good.

Loved the kitchen and dining area. Also it was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!

The water - but they did have a really good explanation in the room about the water. I do wish there had been paper towels

There was no breakfast provided but a coffee pot and microwave & refrigerator which was enough for 1 night I like the newer system of locking and unlocking the doors

Better curtains for the window for privacy. Too much gap for my preference
