My friends and I absolutely loved this property! When we arrived, we walked down to the pool/tiki bar area to get some food and drinks at the food truck and it was delicious! The next day we spent all day at the newly renovated pool and bar and it was so relaxing! The staff was amazing, the people were fantastic, and the vibes were unmatched. We will definitely be back!

The only downfall we noticed was when we checked into our condo and got settled in, one of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain so showering in there was a little messy. We made do and just used the shower that did have a shower curtain!

We made our own breakfast in our apartment, as breakfast was an added cost and we had brought all the fixings with us. The view from the apartment was beautiful and the deer below where peaceful to watch. The property had all the amenities we where looking for....bar area on premises with music, marina with boat rental so we could fish and enjoy the lake, easy access to Branson. The staff where very friendly and helpful....we will and have recommended to our friends to stay here!!!

The apartment was needing an uplift, the oven I found out while I was baking a pie did not work, the dishwasher we loaded with dishes and they seem to come out dirtier that we put in,.... after I address with reception about issues I was told they just acquired the property and they took my concerns to be addressed. The WIFI was iffy and cable well we got a channel to work.

The apartment was clean, decently updated with some extras that were very nice -detergent for the washer, etc. The pool was nice and clean and the lake area was well kept.

The apartment needed some deep cleaning and paint touchups. The blind in my room was broken. Being built on a hill, the parking was atrocious, slick with rain and slanted toward the apartments. It would be quite hard for a disabled person to navigate the parking or go to the pool based on the slope.

The lake view, the Tiki Bar,Marina and surrounding area were great.

The open sewer right next to the balcony. The room wasn’t ready at check in so we had to wait another hour and a half to get in our room. The tv remote had corroded batteries and wouldn’t work. I was poked in the leg by a wire sticking out of the couch. When we went to make coffee the next morning the previous used coffee filter was still in the coffee maker, and NO COFFEE to use after I cleaned the coffee maker.

The staff was great. I was running a few minutes late right when they were closing and the woman at the checkout stayed over after closing to make sure I made it there and got checked into my room.

We unfortunately had to check out before 10am on Tuesday, a day earlier! I did request on line a credit from the resort for the one night, haven't heard back!!
