how security was. made you feel safe. the property was beautiful i like that its not to far from the landing and the strip. the room was very nice. made you feel like home. nothing was dirty and everything was clean.

i dont like how they get you checked in and slide you over to a time share land. where they activate your room card keys there so they can get you into a 90 min presentation for cash back. they really pressured you we had to almost walk away for him to stop. the room i got was the wrong room we was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub and queen size bed. but we got a king size bed and no jacuzzi tub. but other then that everything went well.

I loved the property. The activity room was also nice in the fact that you could rent board games. The arcade had broken games, but overall wasn’t to bad. We enjoyed a family pool game. The rooms were spacious & while the decorations felt out of date, they were clean & comfortable. The staff was helpful, but they do call you over & over again about a timeshare. That was kinda annoying.

The repetitive time share calls & I would have preferred a day of house keeping.

We loved the location, the appearance of the condo in Branson, MO.. The condo appeared clean in the kitchen and bedrooms. The beds weren't comfortable for everyone but were manageable. The mattress was hard and firm.

The jacuzzi was filthy and could not be used! When my niece turned it on, black slimy stuff which appeared to come from the sewer pipes flowed into the tub!!! It was awful and black!! The Sunday morning supervisor tried to explain it away as a cleaning product, but that is ridiculous!!! She explained away the filth as if it was a by-product of cleaning! How insulting!!!!

Everything was the best! Location, staff, and facilities were bar none. Would definitely recommend to others. We had our son's wedding rehearsal there after I rented out 10 condos and it was a big success. It accommodated our whole family of 60 at the clubhouse . Jason and his staff was great! Tiffany went above and beyond to accommodate our family and placed us as close together as possible! Thank you!

Not a thing!

The indoor pool was one of the best hotel pools I've ever been in. The jacuzzi was standard, but that pool was incredible. We asked for towels, and the staff gave us an entire bag of towels. When you ask for a couple towels, you normally get a couple towels, and you have to plan and preserve towels throughout your stay. We received an entire bag of towels. A+++. Some of the times, the big things make a huge difference, and some of the times, it's the little things. We experienced both on this trip, and it made our vacation great!!!

The front desk agent informed us that we were "right next to an outdoor pool", and we were, but we had to walk a near 45 degree angled hill to get there. When we went to the Activity Center, the pool table and shuffle board was great, but the gold game required quarters. I suggest that you flip on the "free play" trigger on that game. Other hotels provide free games, and from what I saw no one plays it. You should make it free for all who pay for a room. Just a suggestion.

Extremely clean. Staff accommodated our request for first floor room. Room well stocked. Double security; key required on outside hall door and inside room door. Felt safe.

Took a while to get hot water going. It was located across Lake Taneycomo; not near the strip in Branson. Close to downtown Branson and the landing. Would not be good in freezing weather; very hilly.

Instructions left in the room on what do do at check out or instructions given when we checked in would have been helpful, I called and they gave instructions.

Very nice , clean. Asked for a ground level because I can’t climb stair and you all accommodated me.

My room had dust on the televisions and tables in living are and master bedroom, also the light fixture globes above sink in bedroom were dirty.

We loved all the activities offered for our teenagers. They loved the pool and the arcade room. The rooms were a great size and beds comfy.

The kitchen didn't have some basic cooking utensils and an appropriate amount of pots/pans. Blinds were dusty. Found underwear under the bed from previous guest.

Location was excellent and very well maintained. Amenities were a big bonus especially with a washer/dryer in room. Enjoyed the quietness. Staff was responsive and friendly.

Wish there was someplace to sit outside to enjoy the day to read and relax. Perhaps a pavilion or even some benches.
