Friendly staff, lots of swimming pools to pick from, beautiful location, comfortable beds, and pillows. The 2 bedroom layout was great. The keyless entry was convenient. The stairs were not that bad. Will definitely consider a longer stay next time.

The property is HUGE to get to most of the amenities you would have to drive. The pool is open from 10am-10pm. But the pool with the lifeguard on duty will make you get out at 9:45 so they can shut the pool down and leave right at 10pm. We requested a late checkout and was told 11 am would be the latest. So we said that would work for us. As we were packing up we went back to get the trash and do a final walk thru at 10:30 and our wristbands no longer worked. No biggie just inconvenient.

The bed was too hard for me due to me having fibromyalgia, 1 staff member at registration was kinda scarstic, not hateful, but not helpful when trying to check in. Had to return 3 times to finally check in. My reservation said check in at 1. Man at the counter scartisticaly told me to come back at 2:30 when returning he told me check in was at 4 when I explained he was the one that told me to come back at this time he laughed and said oh yeah I guess it was well you need to come back at 3:30 or 4 and when I came back this time at 3:50 my room still wasn't ready but the nice lady at the desk(2nd shift) was able to change us to a new room that was ready. I did report my experience and the attitude the young man had with me, and she apologized and explained he was new

Our villa was decorated and furnished perfectly with our style! We are down to earth simple country folk and loved the rustic real solid wood furniture we assume was crafted locally. The beds and pillows were as comfortable as our own at home. We slept like babies! We would see staff all over the grounds obviously taking good care of the amenities and grounds. Staff were out early in the morning tending to golf course. The pool looked magnificent and the main building for check-in/registration was beautiful and the desk clerks were so nice and helpful. Making sure we would have the opportunity to make our stay the most enjoyable. We also appreciated the brand of toiletries provided. We use Dove brand products ourselves.

We would have liked to check in much earlier than we were able to. We were attending an event 30 minutes from where we stayed and barely had time to get showered and ready after having driven 2 hours to the room. And they REALLY need to provide at least small sized actual coffee creamer and sugar for the coffee since the coffee provided makes an entire pot. There was only 2 small packets containing 1 creamer and sugar. I had to go to town and get my own creamer and sweetener. Also the wall mounted holder for the iron wasn’t the right size for the iron and we had to forcefully lift it out.

Very nice condo like units in a great location. We were right across the street from a grocery store and gas station and minutes from most of the Branson venues. There were 5 of us gals on this trip in 2 adjoining units, which out great for us, since we were there for 3 nights. The indoor pool was nice and loved the hot tub.

The only thing wrong with this stay, was the children above us, stomping on the floor above us and running back and forth a lot. They were quite noisy, at times. We were on the bottom unit, which was great for us luggage wise.

how security was. made you feel safe. the property was beautiful i like that its not to far from the landing and the strip. the room was very nice. made you feel like home. nothing was dirty and everything was clean.

i dont like how they get you checked in and slide you over to a time share land. where they activate your room card keys there so they can get you into a 90 min presentation for cash back. they really pressured you we had to almost walk away for him to stop. the room i got was the wrong room we was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub and queen size bed. but we got a king size bed and no jacuzzi tub. but other then that everything went well.

We liked that there were multiple things to do while on the property. Our 2 year old granddaughter traveled with us and she enjoyed the play ground and multiple pools. We also felt very safe at the property.

The floor in the main bedroom "creaked" like crazy! It was so loud and annoying. I'm sure the people below us were ready for us to leave! Also, the blinds in the room were warped from the heat so they did not close completely which allowed the sun to come in early in the morning.

did not eat at the location, meals not included in the price paid. enjoyed the pools, selecting a different one each time. very quiet and fun to walk the resort, enjoying the woods and the wildlife (deer)

time share sales message pushed. nothing in the booking indicated that was the case. other than the main pool, the little optional pools did not have bathrooms available. felt those pools were not as clean as the large pool (which was exceptional)

I loved the property. The activity room was also nice in the fact that you could rent board games. The arcade had broken games, but overall wasn’t to bad. We enjoyed a family pool game. The rooms were spacious & while the decorations felt out of date, they were clean & comfortable. The staff was helpful, but they do call you over & over again about a timeshare. That was kinda annoying.

The repetitive time share calls & I would have preferred a day of house keeping.

Lots of things to do. Handy location. Comfortable bed and move rooms. Pools were great! Activity center was great!

Requested to have my 2 villas together and do not get it. Then on the 3rd day of our stay they put people above us. They had LOTS of people in their room and were very loud and kept us up all night, even after security talked to them.

We liked the location, the outside pool and that it was close to a convenience store.

The place looks much bigger in the photos. Both bathrooms were inside the bedrooms, so it was a little inconvenient for those of us staying in the living room. We closed the shades at night and they were very dusty. Other than that it wasn't bad for what we paid.
