It was comfortable and right in the heart of Branson. The staff was great and respectful, always checking on us.

It was loud being right therr on the Landing. Also thought it was hard to get to other Hilton to eat, especially with a wheelchair. The issue with being shocked everytime we left out room to get to the elevator and back. My wheelchair must of created static electricity, but the bellman that helped us with our luggage said the carts create the same shocks. And these are strong stocks to where you see the lightening between the object you touch and your finger.

Room was very nice

We had a noise issue / our room was located by this holiday tree that played music till 10:30 pm and it was LOUD / room overlooked an Irish bar and the music shakes the windows until 2:25 am / had the tv volume on 70 and still would not drown out the music / bad location for either a hotel room or the bar / not a good mix lol/ manager was lovely though at your property site / she was understanding / professional and listened to our concerns / great manager . This was Saturday night stay November 16 / 2024 ! Anyone booking this room should be made aware of the SEVERE noise problem / thanks so much for your time

The location was great! Close to shopping, restaurants, and many of the attractions were just a short drive.

The thermostat in the room was not working properly. When we got there the room was 65 degrees. We turned it up to 70 while we went to dinner. When we got back it was still 65 degrees and the temperature did not change in the room even though we turned it up. We even tried to turn it off and it still kept running. We did call the front desk and maintenance did come to our room to check it out. he said it had a damper system and that we should turn it to heat and then turn it up. The temperature did come up in the room but we felt like it didn't make sense having to turn it to heat. We were able to control the temperature in the room for the rest of our stay.

The room had lots of space, the location was great for a night out on the landing, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and fun.

None of the trashcans in our room had trash bags in them, our bed did not look like the bedding was changed properly and there was a room key in our sheets that did not match our room number (not like on top of the bed but under the comforter and over the sheets). Also, the electronic curtains only opened by a couple inches so we could not really look outside or enjoy the sunlight. The mini fridge was wobbly and nearly fell out of the cabinet every time the door was opened.

We could not be happier with our room. #313 faced the fountains and Taneykomo ... it was PERFECT! Our bathroom was HUGE, the beds were so comfy, lots of pillows. The balcony was smaller but worked perfect for my niece and I who spent lots of time on it! The parking attendants were FANTASTIC! We got to know Derek and Scotty and they worked their butt off, and it was HOT and BUSY at times, and they did their job with a smile. We were so grateful for the washing machine area that we only had to share with one other room, that was a super bonus to the room. Even being located on the shopping mall, it was peaceful and quiet. We will 100% stay again and request THAT room!

$15 parking fee was a bit steep for each day and an unexpected fee but was certainly convenient. A few more parking attendants were needed at times, but we were always fortunate enough not to be in any rush to leave. I also noticed some folks upset there were not more rolling carts for customers. We ordered dinner to the room twice, but there was no room for both of us to eat. A table for two or maybe 2 chairs for the desk area would have been nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of shopping and dining, making everything incredibly accessible and within walking distance. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a lovely evening concert right outside the hotel, which added a special touch to my stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and took excellent care of me throughout my visit. The valet service was quick and consistently polite, ensuring a smooth experience every time I needed my car. Housekeeping did a stellar job, refreshing my room daily and keeping everything spotless. The front desk staff were always ready and willing to assist with any request I had, providing top-notch customer service. I particularly appreciated the daily provision of fruit-infused water, which was a delightful and refreshing touch. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Our room was spacious and clean. It was a very comfortable room. It met the Hilton standard. The walk-in shower was very nice. We love the security of needing to use your room card to access the elevator.

Upon entering our room, we noticed there was no bar soap. Also, there was half a roll of toilet paper. It was the following morning while I was showering that I noticed the shower gel was empty. All of these concerns are correctable. I hope that it helps. The staff did clean the room very well.

Location. Staff was very friendly, very accommodating. Great hotel! Will definitely stay again.

The only thing that was annoying was the ac in the room. The fan continuously runs so it was hard to sleep at night. It also wouldn't stay on the temperature I set it to. The staff was great about fixing the temperature when I called down they sent someone up immediately. Was not a big enough deal to not want to stay here again. Everything else was perfect!

Loc Location was great easy access the Branson land didn’t have to do much traveling

Got there a little bit early asked if we could check in the check to see if the room was ready and said they have to charge us 30 more dollars we were like an hour and a half early and said we could come back when we came back they told us ready and ended up I had to give $100 ball and they refund me for my parking expenses

The location was great and it felt very safe. I traveled with my 19 year old daughter. I would feel very comfortable letting she and a friend go out and shop at the Landing without me. The beds were comfortable.

The guy at the front desk needs some coaching on customer service. He was not friendly at all. The valet guys were awesome with great personalities.. maybe they could help. The light in our shower flickered like a disco light so it couldn’t be turned on. The lamp shade was broken on the lamp between our beds. There was a huge spiderweb in the doorway to our balcony and also on the railings. The chairs on the balcony were dirty and uncomfortable.
