The motel is very nice. The owner was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. Once my booking was accepted, I received a text from the motel welcoming me, and it was the actual owner, not an automated text. Once we arrived and checked in, the owner even escorted us to our room. The room is very big. You can not go wrong by choosing this motel. I will be coming back here again. It is marked as one of my favorites.

My only dislike was that we were only there for one night.

Mica and her family is awesome! We have stayed at the Homestead Motel every time we have been to Branson about 5-6 times. We keep coming back because we know what to expect every time. Affordable but not lacking in any amenity. Not only is it American owned and operated, it is clean, comfortable, cozy, hot showers and you can really tell they care about their property as we hadn’t been back since before Covid-19 and we noticed the upgrades: electronic keypad door locks, stainless fridge and microwave, etc. Each time we are met with friendliness and willingness to ensure we know how to get tickets and know best places for food.

Cute place, room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool!

-Reviews mentioned how nice & welcoming the owners were, yet we did not meet them. We received a phone call to check in. We chose a family ran business for a more personable experience but did not receive that. -Booked online with Bookings.com, registered with 2 adults and 2 teens. When we received our phone call check in we were asked how many occupants. Were then told we would be charged an additional $15 per teen, as our reservation only listed 2 adults. -The room was nice, clean but not well insulated. Could hear traffic all night.

It was nice to seat outside the room but also still be able to keep an eye on my child. My son loved being able to feed the ducks and chickens. It felt like sitting at home on the porch. It was close to the attractions we were going to.

The coffee wasn’t that good but I liked they had a full size coffee pot. Next time I will bring my own coffee.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. When we had to adjust our arrival time and needed to book an extra night, they helped us take care of everything over the phone so we could go straight into our room when we arrived. The facilities were simple, but very clean, comfortable, and safe. This place will definitely be on my list the next time I'm in Branson.

EXTREMELY clean, she takes care of every room as though they would within their own home. PRESTINE both in cleanliness and maintenance. Also, SUPER nice owners. It's a blessing to find such a property. Will stay there every time from here on our.

The property was very clean and thankfully very quiet. I also liked the no contact check in procedure.

I was confused by the 100 dollar incidental charge that was put on my card. Thankfully this was explained by the motel owner as something that was necessary due to issues theyve had in the past. People stealing pillows, etc. This is something that the vast majority of us would never think about doing. Unfortunately not everyone was raised to be respectful when youre a guest even a paying guest. Also if youre a large national chain you can get away with smaller incidentals as you can absorb these losses much easier. I would encourage a direct call to the property to book your stay if possible.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. This was a spontaneous trip for us from Arkansas to Branson. The location is about a 5-minute drive from Branson Landing. The stay exceeded my expectations. The manager was prompt in his response to my inquiry about checking in. I like the fact that there was a keypad that required a code vs worrying about a key. The room itself was very clean with an updated microwave and mini fridge that did the job. The area was quiet despite being on the main street. My partner is a smoker and being to step out of the room to smoke at night was a major plus as well as being able to sit outside our room to enjoy the fall weather. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept like babies with no problems. We have already decided that we will definitely rebook another stay here once we return to Branson.

The location was great for the show we planned to see. The beds were firm but comfortable! Lots of TV stations - could watch Wimbledon! Great, family owned business focused on making customers happy. Fairly large bathtub too!

It was all as advertised and expected!

Property was very clean. The owner was wonderful and assisted me in obtaining tickets. Property was pet friendly and had a large area to walk our dogs.

While the property is in a great location, it is on a bend on a descending hill so it is difficult to make a left out of the property. This can be avoided by making a right and another right onto a couple of side streets.
