Customer service was wonderful as the facility.

Couldn’t get room service Saturday evening had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back. After 30 mins we left to go eat some where. Also you shouldn’t have to pay to park your own vehicle . Other than that it was a great stay, will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and very clean. Hospitable was great! Short walk to Branson Landing. Didn’t have to remove our car to drive there.

Went to breakfast and had a terrible experience. We planned on getting the $30.00 buffet BUT what was left was cold and hard or some of the containers were empty. For this amount there should had been at least some pancakes or waffles available or maybe biscuits, they had French toast that the container was empty. It was very disappointing for this type of hotel to offer this type of breakfast. We left and went outside the hotel for breakfast for the rest of the week. There was an unexpected high charge each day plus tax to receive tickets and some sort of wood chips for discounts on your meals that we didn’t eat.

The staff were more than accommodating to our needs. Our king room w/pullout sofa was spacious and comfortable for 2 girls all 4-nights. We never felt cramped. Fast elevators. Location next to touristy stuff.

We were placed in a pet-stay room, we didn’t have pets, but you could tell by the smell. It wasn’t too bad except my daughter is allergic to dander. The staff were so kind and accommodating though, and we are grateful for their immediate response!

Self check in and out.

I’m allergic to dogs and got stuck in an elevator with one. Whose owner was not with him, only a child who had no control over his large German Shepard. Also received a $10 voucher when I checked in and was told I could use it in the restaurant or the gift shop/store. When I went to use it at the store another employee rudely said that was not an option.

The location was right by the Branson Landing walking distance. The hotel was clean. There was an outdoor pool, our room was comfortable and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bartender at the level 2 bar we had (I wish we remembered his name) he just started there a week or so before we arrived was great and very friendly.

The hotel location is exceptional and the staff and cleanliness was outstanding. Level 2 was such a wonderful surprise. We loved our view from the room.

The comforter on the bed was not very heavy, felt very thin. Would like to have had the fridge stocked with water and more than one day of coffee supplies left.

The people were exceptional. From the very first person to the very last!

Just needs a bit of updating and breakfast could use some help. We chose to go out for breakfast the last day even though we had tickets.

We didn’t eat breakfast. Not big breakfast eaters and felt $30 a person was high!

As an older couple with deteriorating eyesight, we found the rooms very dark in the evenings. When we first arrived we turned the tv on , but couldn’t change sound or channels. After several calls to the desk, the problem was corrected. Not enough towels and had to ask for more!

Ease of location

I think when you say maid service is optional than your rate should be lowered and if you want clean towels they will be placed at your front door because maids will not enter your room. I think you have taken the pandemic situation and Decided to make a profit. I think you are telling patrons your company will never go back to pre pandemic service but still charge the prices of full service

The staff was friendly, I had to do alot of walking which isn't too bad but just getting over knee replacement

Did alot of walking with recovering of knee replacement and room was nice but all the way to the end of hallway and parking across from hotel.
