Location

I ask the cleaning person for a trash bag, she acted like she could not speak English and she spoke in Spanish to another cleaning person and pointed at the front desk. I can speak a little Spanish so I knew what she was asking so I went to the front desk and ask for a trash bag and they said we will have one sent to your room shortly. I left about 50 minutes later and no one showed. I went to the lobby and turned in my card as I was leaving and the same two cleaning persons was still standing around talking. I will not go there again

There wasn't much I didn't like. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The location was very convenient to the activities we did while there.

The parking was not fun. Very little parking in front. If someone stopped in front of the door to go in and register you have to back out of the entire parking lot which is not easy. Parking in the back is difficult due to the hill. I had trouble with my knees trying to walk up the hill to the door.

I had selected double beds when booking, but when I got there they only gave me a single (not the properties fault, I blame booking.com for that one), they did not have double beds left even though that what was I had booked, the clerk ended up giving me a suite with double beds making it right, so that was nice of him!

The breakfast was only grab and go, mainly muffins, I was under the impression it would be an actual cooked breakfast

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and available to help out with anything we might need.

The parking wasn't very well lit where we had to park in the back parking area. The elevators were out of order while we were there. We had to walk up the hill from our parking then up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room.

it was a great location. The room was clean.

The heater in our room made a noise every time it cut off that sounded like a cat was in it. obviously the motor is going out but it was an annoying sound to hear all night long. The leather ottoman was so worn that the leather was hanging off and falling off all over the place. The bathroom faucet was splashing water all over the sink. Every time you turned it on to wash your hands it was going behind the Faucet. The shower faucet needed to be replaced as well. It was worn and just practically spinning so it was hard to control the temperature of the water in the shower.

Nice choices of breakfast items. Hot foods were served nice and hot. Such a great variety for dietary needs. Layout of breakfast area was excellent.

First class all the way. Nicely lit area, comfortable seating, and a quiet atmosphere. No complaints!

Every employee friendly. Professional and helpful. Clean, well maintained facility. Above average breakfast..so nice to have great hot food and paper plates that were strong..nice to have coffee bar all day, again w higher end coffee cups and good creamer. Everything better than average !

Can't think of a thing!

Everything was great for the price and location. the hotel had a great breakfast for three people on the move. Air conditioner was great and quiet.

the beds were a little too firm. the eds were the only issue i have because I have a bad back. If the mattress is very firm, it's just too much.

Location was wonderful,we were able to walk on the strip, rooms were clean and nice 👍

I didn't know that they were remodeling, so breakfast was cramped into a small room so no place to eat except in my room.and the pancake maker was not working.
