The location is great and the property has a variety of choices for breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room is sated but it was clean.

The elevator was small and slow. We stayed on the 4th floor with two kids so the stairs were not a friendly option for us, so we had to wait for room on the elevator a few different times. Another issue was we couldn’t get the shower to turn on and had pull it up multiple times before it would stay and after it would randomly make a high pitched sound that we would have to wiggle the faucet to get it to stop.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are a ton of outlets to charge various devices within the room. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom, the kids loved that while changing from their cold bathing suits. There is a nice sized mini refrigerator with freezer.

The property could use some updates. Our vent in the bathroom didn’t work, I think our bed may have been broken (it was very uncomfortable), the pool had some rusted areas. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable as well.

The staff were friendly. I enjoyed the cleanliness and ambiance. The location of the hotel was excellent. I enjoyed that it was a little bit away from the main Branson strip. I like that breakfast was offered. They also have a small gift shop. I wish I was able to enjoy some of the other amenities like the sauna. Overall, I had a comfortable and great experience.

The shower knob had some sort of filtering device on it that made turning on the shower to the right water temperature a bit of a hassle. There was some slight noise, but nothing major. The beds were a little bit low, but still comfortable. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool, and arcade with pool table. The hotel was very clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable and very clean. White linens and blankets that smell nice & clean. I loved it! The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Nice free continental breakfast included with the stay. The location was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good and the location was also good also the ladies who worked the front desk were very nice and kind and we like that

After we had been there a few days my granddaughter turned her blanket over to the back side as she was getting up and there was a big big spot of mold on it and she had been sleeping under that for days I could not believe someone could put that on a bed for someone to sleep under we were not very happy about that I told a man maid about it he said he would get us a new blanket when we got back that night no blanket so called downstairs spoke to a lady and she said the man had got sick and had to leave she was very kind and brought us a blanket

Our stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They had maintenance men on the site to repair a door knob problem for a person down the hall from us and they were there promptly with a smile in their face and a friendly tone for everyone passing by. I had reserved a queen suite and there had been a mixup about that but they had it resolved before I even arrived for check in and they upgraded us to a double Queen adjoining rooms. They have microwaves in the room and the refrigerators are larger than most hotels. The location is off the main road with easy access to everything. It was easy to avoid some of the high traffic areas by “going the back way”. Putt Putt golf across the street that we walked to was a bonus! The pool and breakfast hours of availability are more accommodating than any where I have stayed. I will definitely go here again.

Breakfast we healthy and tasty. Plenty of options for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Saltwater pool for was perfect for the 100+ degree weather.

One of the clothes dryers was out of service, but other than that everything was excellent.

Great location for the hotel. Tons of stuff to do nearby and even within walking distance. Clean hotel, staff was very nice and it was a bonus having an indoor pool and hot tub..

Nothing specific. Maybe some variety with the breakfast but overall nice hotel.

Great breakfast setup! (best we've had at any place we have stayed) It is located in a good location, we could get to places easily. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of soap, towels, etc in it. We didn't have to ask for anything. :)

Conveniently located and off the main road. The room was nice and comfortable. We decided to extend our stay and the hotel was able to accommodate us and let us stay in our room, even with a large group coming in. The breakfast was nice and the woman who managed it was efficient, attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub!😊

The room probably needs some small maintenance items attended to, but did not interfere with our time here.
