Breakfast was good but need to switch up from bacon one day and then sausage the next.. The bed was very comfortable and linen was clean. Very white and fresh. The room was very spacious.

Well, the breakfast floor was sticky each time we went to breakfast. The Wifey feels that the milk should come in cartons on ice. Instead of in a container. This way we know for sure it's up to temp and fresh. I think the drains needs to be put on a weekly cleaning schedule. I had to unplug our bathroom sink. I pulled out pieces of tissue, hair and gunk. We have one concern we have to share. It's quite a walk to go to breakfast outside and into another building.

The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was perfect so all 3 nights we walked to most every place that was on our list for most see!! There is a restaurant just a few blocks away that was amazing. And lots to choose from very close. Free breakfast was good. Indoor pool was good(hard to find at first) but hot tub was gross. Dirty bubbles floating..want to go back when outdoor pool is open!! I'm a photographer so I took lots of photos inside hotel lobby of family with the cool decor and look of it.

My only complaints are the lady's at front desk could be alittle more informative when checking in and questions about where stuff is. It took us awhile to find indoor pool being it was in a seperate building(joined by a hallway) and told us the vending machines only took credit cards when they do take cash.

This a nice older hotel right in the heart of Branson. You can walk to many many attractions. Good breakfast

Lady at the front desk was very rude and short. Check in time on my confirmation said 2 pm. We came at 2:30 and was told that check in time was 3 and it would be $50 if we wanted to check in early. The policy doesn’t bother me but she was real rude and short about it.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean, comfortable & quiet. I was glad they provided a breakfast buffet, a TV, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and hot beverage maker in the room. The bed was comfortable too.

I would have liked to have some fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet, like bananas & apples. I did see oranges one of the three days we were there, but some medicines can't be taken with citrus. It was nice, but seemed very pricey. I would have liked a showerhead on a hose that I could control where the water hits so I could rinse everywhere without getting my hair wet.

lack of elevators. lots of walking did not get balcony room since would have to walk on a sloped floor three floors

It was close to all the new fun stuff to do and also had an excellent Cafe next door to it within walking distance that had some excellent excellent food love them fried green tomatoes!

Wasn't sometimes enough parking and having to park on a hill if you're elderly trying to shut your door if you're on the downhill slide is a little rough other than that it was fine

I called ahead and told them that my mother was on oxygen and couldn't walk down long hallways. They had us in the 1st room right inside the door. They are very very clean and they are one of the best hotels in Branson.....

Nothing not one complaint except that people that were not handicapped parked in the handicap spots in front of the hotel and I had to drop my mom off and parkway behind it... All 3 of the vehicles did not have handicap tags on them but I do not hold the A hotel responsible for other people's negligence

I love the location, the room was big, the beds were semi firm, the food was standard, the cleaning people and the cook were wonderful.

The front desk employees must smile, they are in customer service after all, just the older lady with the white hair was very helpful and friendly. Also, for a room of 4 occupants, you must leave enough shampoo and conditioner, one small bottle of each does not cut it.

The room was clean and the bed most comfortable. Breakfast was well attended and prepared well. The staff did a great job keeping the entrees fresh. They were there to keep the area clean as well. Room smelled clean and the maid did a good job of freshening up the linens as we needed.

A bar on the premises would be nice. But that's it as far as what we didn't necessarily like.

Room & Bed was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is the key. This hotel is centered close to most of the shows.
