Close to where we needed to go.

Pillows are to flat for me. There wasn't but 1 or two towels and wash cloths. Had to ask for some. Only saw one housekeeper no one to ask about things.

The location was good its right on the strip and close to restaurants and stores. Easy to access with multiple entries.

The air conditioner was all broken and taped together but the front kept falling off. There was trash in the nightstand drawer from previous guests. Some of the lights in the room didn't work and the one that did work we had to find a plug in for it.

If you have children it is an excellent location. Lots of activities in walking distance. Places to eat close also. The Tanger mall is also very close.

Unfortunately even though the staff was excellent, the property could use some TLC. Also on Booking.com it said coffee pots were in the rooms, the young man on duty said that was misleading because they did not have any, but he went out of his way to find us one! All in all we had a great stay!

The room looked exactly as pictured. It was reasonably clean. The manager filled all of my requests. If you have kids, this is an awesome location because there was a kid themed set of attractions on the property, everything from a carousel to a bullet ride. We were 5 minutes from the mall and right on the strip. No breakfast because our visit was right at the end of COVID19, but there was a breakfast diner and a Krispy Kreme that were adjacent to the property. The pool looked very inviting and clean! We decided to stay an extra night and the manager was very accommodating. I look forward to returning.

The room had a heavy smoke smell, but I had my trusty can of Lysol (COVID19 PPE). The door frame had been broken, but I felt safe because we were near the office. One of the lamp fixtures was broken too. Our phone did not have a cord, so you couldn't call the front office.

This property was in a great location!! Staff was very understanding and very nice!! Would be honored to stay here again!!

Nothing!! Everything was perfect!

The hotel is right on the strip and there are rides for the kids in the front of the hotel, so we always had something to do every night.

I didn't like that when the maid knocked and we said we didn't need anything, they still came inside with us in bed.

Very quiet, staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable....

Barking dog somewhere on property that never stopped....

Check in was quick. The staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

The housekeeping needed a bit of work. Other than that it was great.

The location was great. Was in walking distance of several places.

Could have used more linens. One day housekeeping never came to our room
