Our room was clean. The breakfast is your normal hotel meal, you have a variety of items. It does include biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, seasoned potatoes with also cereals, prepackaged oatmeal, yogurt and mixed fruit with the coffee and juices. The staff was friendly and informative. Good location by the strip and right next to Tangler Mall.

The air unit in our room wasn't working very well. We didn't let the front desk know, because it didn't get extremely hot in the room. Was tolerable and we didn't spend alot of time in our room. A heads up, the mattresses are hard. We are used to hard mattresses, but these were a little harder than what we are used to.

The commodes are too low. Our air conditioner didn’t seem to be working as well as it should have been. Why the put the curtains over the air conditioner I’ll never understand. Unless you do something to hold the curtains back all the air goes under them. The unit was set on 65 and it felt like 80. 🫤 Oh, and people setting outside by the door smoking about choked you!! They shouldn’t be allowed to sit that close to the door where people enter!!

Excellent value between affordability, delicious breakfast and the location was ideal with outlet mall and shops across the street!!

Overall, very little. I would suggest a softer more comfortable mattress and pillow. Also, you may want to put a thermostat on the wall away from heating/air-conditioning unit so it will improve room temperature control and functionality. There were a few times that it was warm with the heat turned down to it's lowest setting but too chilly for a/c. However, this is not a complaint still generally cozy.

Great location

Checked in on the first night, went out to dinner and a show, returned to find a small flood in the bathroom. The leak was from the floor above. We moved to a different room which was all they could do. I asked if they could do anything for us financially to make up for the inconvenience of having to pick everything up and move. The next day, the manager called and explained there was nothing they could offer me financially because I booked through booking.com, so they offered me a discount on a future stay.

I requested a room close to the lobby and breakfast area due to my husband’s difficulty walking and given the room right across the hall from the breakfast area. Very accommodating. The breakfast is also very satisfying with hot items including sausage patties, biscuits, potatoes, gravy, eggs and waffles. Tanger Outlet is right down the hill and the Aquarium and Grand Village shops are very close on 76.

Hard to think of something not to like. My husband and I stay here every time we visit Branson. Maybe more luggage carts.

I enjoyed the breakfast, had a nice variety!

The temperature of the water reached to hot, and while showering the water would get super hot all of a sudden on its own. Also I think there needs to be a small rail on the wall besides the bathtub, to help aide with stepping out of the slightly high sided tub. I had to ask my husband to help me get out because of an arthritic hip. But over all the stay was pretty pleasant! I will stay again!

Grand View Inn & Suites is in an excellent location. It is located within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet stores and has easy access to the 76 strip or you can access the back roads if the strip is busy. Breakfast was always well stocked and had enough variety that we ate breakfast the 3 mornings we were there. Rooms were clean and were furnished with a refrigerator and microwave which was nice for drinks and snacks. We have have stayed at this location several times and is a great value.

Wish the swimming pool would have been open but It is still early in the season. Carpet in the hallways are showing some age.

We checked in about 2 hours early, Perfect! Check out we were leaving early and were waiting on the breakfast room to open. The front desk clerk allowed us to grab a cup of coffee at about 6:20. Nice! Breakfast was great, hot with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and potatoes and cold breakfast items as well! Everything was very clean. Location is fantastic, just off Hwy 76. Staff is exceptional!

Price of Hotel rooms has gone up so much, but that is all of them. I just hate paying that much for one night.

The room was cozy. Easy to run the heat or a/c. Breakfast was good, The person that cooks, we had some nice conversations, he was a very nice gentleman.

Housekeeping. 1st day we left and they came in and fixed the bed and replaced towels as needed. I put the housekeeping sign out again b4 we left, But the 2nd day they only replaced the towels that needed replaced. They did not fix the bed which was disappointing. Better housekeeping skills whether or not we leave them a tip.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The cookies at check in were delicious, and just the boost I needed as my sugar was getting low. We were very pleased with the whole stay.
