Pool is so small and just 3ft. Parking lot is so full and inconvenient all the time.

For the price, the rooms are a great value. Very clean, beds are decent, very good water pressure, it's a very nice room for the price

The walls are paper thin. There was a family in the hall outside our room shouting and cussing and screaming at their children for a solid 90 minutes at 1 am. If you have to have sleep/get up early to commute home, I highly recommend ear plugs or stay somewhere else. Other than the walls being paper thin, I can't say enough good things about this place. The parking lot is extremely sloped and is difficult to walk on if you are injured or have sensory issues with steep inclines. The back parking lot is not bad at all. Over all, it's a lovely hotel and worth a visit.

I loved that there was 8 floors. I like being high up. I do wish we had a better view though. But I was still happy with what we had. Love the hot tub the water in the other pool is a little cold but still enjoyable.

I didn't care for the bedspreads on the beds. They were in terrible condition and most uncomfortable. And I wasn't happy that our reservation didn't come with the continental breakfast.

It was nice having breakfast buffet. Also having on site restaurant. Staff for both, very nice, and they were really busy. We decided to try hotel, usually do condo but did not want to have to pack food.

At check in asked if we would set thru 1-2 hr meeting not a time share, but one to help show get most for your travel….. as soon as I said no not interested for the 2 nd time the lady was very short just said here is your key didn’t explain room number where it was, nothing very rude. Parking is not the best. As full as hotel was when there the pool really was small for the hotel size. Will prob choose to do condo as we have in past, way to many people, elevators long time waiting.

The staff that helped us was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, and the bed was very comfortable.

When I booked it, it had the green sticker that breakfast was included. That is one of the reasons why I booked it. And they had it available for extra charge. Not really included. 😕 Other than that everything was great.

The location is right off 76, but not in the middle of traffic. Our room was on the 4th floor, clean and spacious and it had a nice view. We did receive vouchers for the breakfast buffet which had several items to pick from. We normally stay at a different motel, but the last visit wasn't enjoyable. We enjoyed our one night stay and would consider staying again in the near future.

The check in/check out times 4:00 p.m./10:00 a.m. are not what we were used to but, they did let us check in earlier. The tub was clogged and the water was over 2" deep, it eventually went down.

Location was great, the rooms we spacious and the beds were comfortable. Black out curtains allowed us to sleep late

The furniture in the room was very dated and the sofa and chairs were not comfortable to sit it.

The breakfast was very good, as a person who is gluten free it offered many items that I could eat. When there was an issue with booking that was not correct , the staff made the adjustments quickly and correctly. We attended a military reunion and the room provided for our hospitality room was the perfect size. The dinner provided at the end of our stay was very good and the wait staff were wonderful

With no fault of the hotel, we found that being older it was difficult to park on such a steep hill. Additional handicapped parking would have been nice, however most of the people that attended the event were in more need of a handicapped space that we were.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Thousand Hills resort. We always visit during the holiday season as we enjoy the shopping and Christmas shows. Both trips the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Location is perfect for shopping and conveniently located for most all of the shows. The breakfast buffet is typical hotel fare. It was hot and there was plenty to eat. The breakfast staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! We ordered a pizza from the restaurant and bar area on the lower level that was exceptional! Plenty of parking, 4 elevators in the lobby and very reasonable rates makes this hotel a win win for your next Branson experience. We are already rebooking for next year as we travel home !
