The rooms are very nice love the family room gave us plenty of room! I would stay again

They need utensils like forks and spoons plates we had to go to dollar store Also breakfast was in another building down the hill it was hard on handicap people ! We had to loose our parking spots close to our room to go eat breakfast’ Parking was minimum and we couldn’t park close to our room! Had to go all the way to the office from upstairs and around back to get ice! I know it’s being remodeled a lot was not super handy! Outside of the property is run down inside is nice!

Close to the attractions! Aquarium right across the street! Nice little pool outside only. Great breakfast! Weekdays breakfast consists of cereals, breads, muffins, bananas, apples, oranges and yogurt. Saturday and Sunday mornings had warm breakfast of rotating eggs, rotating meat, and other items from weekday breakfast. We stayed in an extended stay room, which also had small kitchen with large fridge, microwave, and extra counter space.

Somethings run down, but they are in the process of re-finishing a lot of the rooms and public areas. Can hear a lot of noise from other guests around you. Upstairs and outside noise.

Loved the location and set up of the room! Staff was AMAZING! Young man who checked us in also helped me upstairs with our luggage ❤️

The only complaint I have is that the shower in our room "screamed "...I don't know how else to explain it lol it was just high pitched and shrill when you would pull the shower know up.

Recently updated rooms which are very nice! Beds comfortable. The location is central and PERFECT to most everything you will want to do. Breakfast was decent. We got the family suite and it was perfect for the trip with kids.

The location was great! The staff always answered my emails and questions.

Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. When I asked about it, the staff member did not know why. None of the rooms that I booked were clean. The staff member quickly brought me the items we needed.

CLEANLINESS - NO SMOKE SMELL - COMFY BED - ENJOYED THE HOT TUB, NICE SHOWER PRESSURE, BISCUITS AND GRAVY ALONG WITH OTHER FOODS WERE AVAILABLE DURING BREAKFAST (NOT JUST PASTRIES/DONUTS), having an elevator to get to the upper floors (great for my bad knees)

We felt the room was a bit overpriced for what you get....it needs some updates, parking could be improved..

The staff was friendly and down to earth, they gave great recommendations for nearby food, breakfast was delicious (they need a waffle maker) but overall we thoroughly enjoyed.

Water flows onto the walkway from the air conditioners. Could cause someone to slip n fall.

Price We checked in on Saturday between 5. -6 pm. The man that checked us in was polite and helpful.

Extremely rude man at 2pm on Saturday the day we checked in. He made no eye contact and had clipped responses. His body language also indicated go away.

Good location. The room was clean. The young lady who did the breakfast was friendly. Overall good hotel for the price.

The parking lot needs attention. The bed and pillows were hard. The bed needed replacing, was starting to dip in areas. The receipt of my estimate total was higher than what I booked, even though the clerk said it would change, I am waiting for my credit card statement to find out. Any other hotel I have stayed in has also shown the same amount from my booking site.

The value for where we were on the strip was AMAZING! We could see the water show at the aquarium from our window!

We had to pull the bed out to find another plug in… and there was som stuff behind the bed.. so maybe a little more through in the cleaning but the room overall was clean and fresh
