Smaller budget friendly hotel with easy access to the strip and surrounding entertainment. Great for a weekend or week getaway. Our family enjoyed the clean pool and good breakfast. Hotel wasn’t noisy even though it was nearly full. Rooms were perfect for what we needed and the beds are comfortable and clean. Safe with a well lit parking lot. Pool is open 10-10. It was fun, enjoyed our weekend and made some new friends at the pool. Very close to Tanger Outlet Mall and Walmart. Will be back! Don’t second guess staying here, you’ll like it! Very kid friendly and that’s ok they love the pool. It was quiet by 10:30pm and we all got a good night sleep.

Parking is kinda tight and room could use some paint above the shower head but nothing that stood out much. Didn’t see any late night cobbler or ice cream.

Have stayed at this Hotel a few times. Nothing fancy, but always clean and comfortable. Very nice pool. Breakfast was good with several choices..Great location, close to everything.

I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so made sure I was in a non smoking room. Unfortunately my neighbor next door chain smoked outside his door, which was right next to mine, so cigarette smoke entered my room through the ac unit and gaps around the door. I was leaving the next day, so didn't say anything. But maybe they should have a designated smoking area away from the non smoking rooms?

Everything!!! They literally told me they strive to make clean, wonderful rooms available for people AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE!! I checked in there after staying at Chateau On the Lake. I know we are talking about 2 different styles of hotels - but - this hotel stands out. The rooms were immaculate - the beds are the best. I went twice and stayed in two different rooms. The parking can be a little tight - but it's well worth the effort! This hotel emulates what Branson is all about! Excellence, kindness, and value! Front desk WAS SO ACCOMmODATING!! Im telling you it's a great place.

Parking is interesting but works itself out.

Room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was good. The friendliness of the front desk staff was good. Had a clean looking pool but we ran out of time to use it. We forgot to put out the do not disturb sign out so the cleaning staff changed our towels out, made our beds, and made the room smell really good! Would stay here again.

The door to our room stuck so you had to push it hard to open and then shut it. The extra lock on the top kept coming out of the door jamb. We did have a breaker blow our first day there but the owner (I think it was the owner) came and reset it. It didn't blow again while we were there for our two night stay. It would have been nice to have orange juice with the breakfast.

This is one of my favorite places to stay while in Branson. The bed was very comfortable, actually I’ve not slept that well in several weeks. I love that the minute I opened the door I was met with a blast of cool air. Not many motels I stay in have either the AC or heat on upon arrival,

My only complaint is I was on the third floor, but then I didn’t make the reservations until the day before. I also found that the place sits on a curve, so it’s hard to see from the west upon exiting the property.

The price was great. Our room was very comfortable. It is an older hotel but very clean.

Parking wasn't the best. We had to park a good distance from our room. the 2 spots directly in front were handicapped spaces. across from our room there were several cars doubled parked taking up several spots. My husband went to the front desk to complain and he was pretty much laughed at. He stated that this will deter us from staying here again.

It's in a good area and close to a lot of the downtown events. The breakfast was good. The staff were very nice. The neighbors were not loud at all. I've stayed in hotels where I can hear from one room to another, and I didn't hear anything in this one, so that's great. The air-conditioning worked well.

The tv wasn't working, so my husband went to ask the front desk to fix it. Someone there explained to him how to get it to work, which I thought was unprofessional. If they knew how to get it to work, why not come by and fix it? It worked once my husband fixed it. The bed was a 6/10 on comfort. I like my room to have good lighting, but I also like my privacy too. The curtain in the room was good to keep out the lighting, but if I wanted light to come in, I had to pull the whole curtain over. I didn't like this because anyone who walked by could look through the window.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The motel was easy to get to as it was only a block or two off the strip. They offered a breakfast, but I didn’t partake.

My only complaint was when I made the reservation it was for a ground floor room. Which technically it was ground floor if I was at the front of the motel. However my room was towards the back so I had 2 flights of stairs to go up. It was a tad misleading, but everything else outweighed this and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed their breakfast and stay as well.

Stayed in a room that was combined with another room during the first night stay the couple in the room were fighting all night with their toddler crying in which not much sleep however this was beyond the control of the staff luckily they checked out the next day

We had a great room and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Staff made the check-in and checkout easy. Having the refrigerator and microwave was very convenient for us as well. The shower was also amazing.

The television was hard to hear and had the volume ap all the way.
