Breakfast was great!! There were so many options from cereal to eggs & sausage! The coffee is the best I’ve ever had!! Can’t wait to visit again!! The perfect spot for entertainment, shopping, and family outings! Super close to the shopping outlets (less than 3 min drive) and roller coasters/bumper cars!

Some areas of the hotel were a bit dated, but staff definitely made up for that! I’m easily creeped out by cracks and small openings, but it’s also to be expected with older buildings. This does not take away from how amazing the hotel staff and amenities are!! It’s still a really great stay!

Middle of the strip, close to all things. Value was perfect, rooms were recently renovated and clean. Staff was wonderful. They offer breakfast AND evening desserts!

The workers were very nice and the room was very nice. Also, the lamps were great in that they had charging ports for cell phone + electrical outlet on the base of the lamps.

The room needed more lighting. Even though it had three lamps, they were not adequate. My wife has a hard time in seeing and the lack of lighting. It was hard for her to get around. Also there was a problem with trash cans. There was only one trash can for the living area and the bathroom. There should be a trash can in the bathroom and also in the living quarters. You're not the only one that has a problem with this. Most of the hotels I stay at have a problem with putting more than one trash can in the room. Makes it hard to fit everything in one little tiny trash can.

bathroom was small and I prefer a bathroom that is standalone rather than a sink outside the toilet/shower area. The ice machine showed signs of mold where the ice comes out. A frequent thing with ice machines of that sort but doesn't leave one with assurance that the ice is entirely safe to consume. Would prefer a hotel with more than one elevator. Also prefer hotel with a wall thermostat instead of a floor unit which is noisy and freezes a person if they are near it.

The pool is inside a separate building other than the rooms. You have to follow a long hallway, but when you get to the pool area it’s amazing! They had cute little colorful chairs at the top and then below there was plenty of pool lounge chairs and the view is amazing! The beds were comfortable and clean.

It was not card secured so that was a little curious. There were two entrances but only access to one. Then it’s down a long hallway that was seems to be where the breakfast area used to be and probably should be once again because it was a much larger area. I’m sure there is some company reasoning there. Breakfast is held in what you would think is the lobby area and is extremely small and crowded.

The location of the facility and our room was wonderful. The room was large, clean and had a really nice smell. We liked having a refrigerator. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted good. We really enjoyed the dessert provided in the evening, plus the hot chocolate! It is very close to Tanger Mall, if you want to shop.

I didn't particularly care for the vanity mirror/light combination. The light wasn't bright enough to put on makeup. The Bathtub was very slick when wet and soapy. No anti-slip applied. The swimming pool wasn't available when we checked in because of maintenance; but we were told it would be ready for tomorrow. But it wasn't!

The property was clean and its location is excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but ok for a few days and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise around our room, on the third floor, therefore, we slept well. The closet was narrow and there were no shelves for clothes inside. There was a small dresser with two drawers for clothes. There was a small fridge and a small microwave. The towels could be bigger and thicker. The breakfast was ok, no fruits. Our granddaughters, 8 and 6 year olds, enjoyed the 3 feet pool and the free social ice cream and cookies, from 9 to 11 PM. Overall, our experience was pleasant.

We stayed in building 2. The breakfast and the pool were in building 1, so it was a small inconvenience to get out of the building to go to both places, but it was a very short walk.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful! Great value and a wonderful location! Will be back. Loved that I could text if I needed anything and also the online checkout was great!

One of the plug ins on our bedside lamp wasn't working. The other was loose. Luckily we had a double box and other plug ends on the other side of the room.

The ease of getting to the hotel, the workers were very helpful from the time we got there at midnight to the time we left 3 days later, the buildings were all clean and easy to navigate.

We didn't have signs in our room to put on our door so that housekeeping wouldn't come in. It wasn't a big deal, but it is something we wished we had an option for.

Love the breakfast always some many choices, Our room was very nice and roomy had a balcony room and it was very nice to sit on balcony and watch people and traffic it was very relaxing. We have stayed here before but they have just recently upgraded the rooms and they did an awesome job.

I don't really have an I don't like about my stay here but I do have a wish. I wish they would bring back the cobbler for the evening dessert the cookies are very good but there is nothing like hot cobbler with ice cream.
