They went above and beyond for us. Because we were celebrating Valentine's Day and our anniversary, they had sparkling cider and two glasses on the table. They had towels with rose petals on the edge of the jacuzzi and they had rose petals in the shape of a heart on the bed for us. They even left a fresh plate of cannolis in the refrigerator for us in the room. The breakfast was phenomenal and delicious and I would give them 20 stars if I could. We will definitely be staying here again without a doubt. The staff was the best that we have ever encountered in all of our hotel stays. If you want the best place to stay in branson, it is definitely the Hotel Grand Victorian.

Jacuzzi tub was awesome! Everything was nice and clean. Staff was super nice. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast was very lacking. No bacon? Come on...heater and ac unit in the room was noisy. Like something wrong with it, or the fan was dirty because it was squealing all night. Bathrooms looked like they had been renovated, but the plumber doing the install didn't do a very good job. Also the caulk around the jacuzzi tub needed to be redone. There's gonna be mold there and behind the shower very soon if they aren't fixed.

breakfast was more than expected, room was clean, beds were comfortable, good pillows, good shower pressure, easy parking near entrance,

small bathroom, housekeeping never entered the room while we were there (4 nights), used towels had to be placed outside room with a request sheet (provided by hotel) left with towels, empty trash had to be left outside door in plastic bag that was in trash can, noisy at night from traffic sounds especially ambulance and police sirens

Beautiful hotel inside and out. The location was great. It was right on the strip and centrally located. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly. The front parking lot has a really bad slope, but the back parking lot was pretty level and there was a back entrance.

The water pressure was not good. The shower head was just a dribble. The front parking lot has a very bad slope.

Typical hotel breakfast. They do have a waffle station but they only have one so it takes awhile to make a waffle. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. It’s a great location basically right at the beginning of the busy part of the strip.

The price is a little high compared to the similar hotels in the same area.

I was impressed with how quiet it was. It is located right on 76 and traffic was busy. We had a balcony facing 76 but when you went in and shut the door you could not hear the traffic. The breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly especially Bob, who gave us advice on things to do in Branson. The tea and cookies was very nice also.

The pool and hot tub were decent sized. They had the normal hotel hot buffet foods. Good location; we were able to walk to several places.

The direction to dive in the parking lot was unclear and most parking was in the back on a hill. The toilet and shower area was small.

Loved the hotel, it was in a great location. The staff was amazing. Loved the room. The Jacuzzi was fantastic and romantic in the room.

It’s beautiful and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. It’s very clean.

It would’ve been nice to have muffins or cinnamon rolls with breakfast.
