I was allowed to get more tea bags, sugar, and cream for my room since I don't drink coffee. When booking, I requested off the ground floor and that was given at check in without me asking again. The counter in the bathroom and the bathroom itself were a nice size. It was nice having a desk chair and a comfy one.

We couldn't arrive until 10:00ish at night. By the time we unpacked and turned on lamps, we realized there was a short in the cord for the bed lamp. When I called the desk, I was disappointed no one could come and replace the lamp. We had to wait until we came down the next morning. The reason it didn't meet my expectation was because I thought this was where I stayed several years ago. That breakfast was a huge dinning room with two large buffets which included wonderful cinnamon rolls and bacon. I liked the sausage at Grand Oaks but hoped for bacon on one of the mornings. I don't eat many of the other items offered. Muffins, especially with nuts, just don't do it for me. For me, a great breakfast is cinnamon rolls or donuts and bacon.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. It was off the main road and easy to get in and out of. Walmart is also like right across the street. Worth the money.

We were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and no one bothered to tell us at check in that the elevator was not working so my elderly mom and myself had to climb the stairs with our luggage to the room. We got everything unloaded left for about an hour or two and came back and the tape was taken off and they were back to running again. Not sure what happened. They worked the rest of our stay.

The room was excellent and very clean upon arrival. The hot tub in the room and the shower (Not the traditional shower/tub combo) was a nice touch as well. The front desk attendant (Mike and the other gentleman) was very accommodating in making sure that things were correct for my reservation. The TV was not working at first Saturday night, and the night attendant was very gracious in working out the loose wiring and the problem was resolved quickly. The manager also remembered our family from previous stays which speaks highly of his attention to detail.

Everything was great!

we've stayed here before, and a BIG reason for that, is because of the location ... it's in driving distance of everything we love to do when down there we are very pleased with how polite the staff are

we experienced a little huccup while checking in ... my grandparents gift us a paid vacation every year for our anniversary (they pay for the room & any shows we want to see while down there with their debit card) then we have cash for everything else ... anyways, just like last year, we handed them the cash to pay for the deposit (money that they hold in case we damage something), but this year, they said they had gotten a new owner, and the deposit has to be paid with the card you booked the room with ... I had to call my grandparents and have them screenshot the debit card so they could get the information ... it made checking in a little longer, but they were just following policy the elevator was slow this trip, but hey, it wasn't that big of a deal

Plenty of parking available. (At least in "off season".) The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff responded to request to mop up dirty tracks in the entry way in a timely manner.

We would have preferred room service more frequently. The toilet paper was a VERY low quality. Although we appreciated having scramble eggs and bisquits available, they could have been prepared a little better.

Excellent location with clean and comfortable rooms. Included breakfast was good quality for a "hotel breakfast".

Air conditioner at first room did not work. Staff immediately sent the maintenance man to check it. After it was not fixed, we were switched to another room with no other questions asked. Very impressed with their response to it. Vacant building / parking lot behind building #2 brought some sketchy people hanging out there. Like you always should, make sure belongings are removed from vehicle overnight.

The location was perfect! The rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable! We loved the indoor pool as well.

The breakfast was ok but not the best, we were approved for early check in a week before our stay and didn't end up getting to check in until after normal check in time so that was disappointing. But it was a full house just wish we were not approved if it wasn't going to be available.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. The bed was a big plus for us. We actually switched from another brand-name hotel to this one due to terrible beds. Also liked the breakfast. We were there at the end of October, and they had already started decorating for Christmas, which we thought was very nice-looking and welcoming.

Wish they had a few more options for breakfast, like omelets. And more than 1 waffle maker. Had to wait in line to make a waffle.

Food was good. Rooms were clean

Would have rather have dishes instead of paper plates. Know covid changed things and everyone went to it. Not a fan of no cleaning daily. Would have been nice to have beds made daily and dirty towels picked up. Had to go to front desk everyday for towels. When we went down to pool wet towels were stacked higher than a trash can and laying around pool

Our room was upgraded because it was a slow time so we were moved from building 2 to building 1. We were close to the breakfast area which had a good full breakfast and also the lobby. The location was right off the 76 strip so no problem getting to everything. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

It was no big deal for us but they didn't do housekeeping till after the third day. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask.
