We were unable to check in at 3 pm were told they were checking in our room would be another 30 to 45 minutes. When I checked on the room 45 minutes later the lady that was there helping organize the rooms and check in school kids y’all had coming in got very rude with me and followed me back to my chair telling me I had no right to be hurt or upset that we had waited almost an hour with school kids in the lobby . We were there for our anniversary not on the school trip it seems the single rooms my have been cleaned by a different team since she berated me by telling me I didn’t know how many people they had to call in to work to make this weekend work. I didn’t pay to sit in a hotel lobby. She told me she could cancel my hotel and I could find another place after driving over 4 hours that wasn’t an option. We have stayed there numerous times over the years this is the first time someone has ever been this rude to me. And I have stayed when there has been big groups before. Thanks for your time. Renee

I did that backwards the people at the front desk and serving breakfast always have the best attitude and helping hand.

I was allowed to get more tea bags, sugar, and cream for my room since I don't drink coffee. When booking, I requested off the ground floor and that was given at check in without me asking again. The counter in the bathroom and the bathroom itself were a nice size. It was nice having a desk chair and a comfy one.

We couldn't arrive until 10:00ish at night. By the time we unpacked and turned on lamps, we realized there was a short in the cord for the bed lamp. When I called the desk, I was disappointed no one could come and replace the lamp. We had to wait until we came down the next morning. The reason it didn't meet my expectation was because I thought this was where I stayed several years ago. That breakfast was a huge dinning room with two large buffets which included wonderful cinnamon rolls and bacon. I liked the sausage at Grand Oaks but hoped for bacon on one of the mornings. I don't eat many of the other items offered. Muffins, especially with nuts, just don't do it for me. For me, a great breakfast is cinnamon rolls or donuts and bacon.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. It was off the main road and easy to get in and out of. Walmart is also like right across the street. Worth the money.

We were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and no one bothered to tell us at check in that the elevator was not working so my elderly mom and myself had to climb the stairs with our luggage to the room. We got everything unloaded left for about an hour or two and came back and the tape was taken off and they were back to running again. Not sure what happened. They worked the rest of our stay.

The room was excellent and very clean upon arrival. The hot tub in the room and the shower (Not the traditional shower/tub combo) was a nice touch as well. The front desk attendant (Mike and the other gentleman) was very accommodating in making sure that things were correct for my reservation. The TV was not working at first Saturday night, and the night attendant was very gracious in working out the loose wiring and the problem was resolved quickly. The manager also remembered our family from previous stays which speaks highly of his attention to detail.

Everything was great!

we've stayed here before, and a BIG reason for that, is because of the location ... it's in driving distance of everything we love to do when down there we are very pleased with how polite the staff are

we experienced a little huccup while checking in ... my grandparents gift us a paid vacation every year for our anniversary (they pay for the room & any shows we want to see while down there with their debit card) then we have cash for everything else ... anyways, just like last year, we handed them the cash to pay for the deposit (money that they hold in case we damage something), but this year, they said they had gotten a new owner, and the deposit has to be paid with the card you booked the room with ... I had to call my grandparents and have them screenshot the debit card so they could get the information ... it made checking in a little longer, but they were just following policy the elevator was slow this trip, but hey, it wasn't that big of a deal

Plenty of parking available. (At least in "off season".) The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff responded to request to mop up dirty tracks in the entry way in a timely manner.

We would have preferred room service more frequently. The toilet paper was a VERY low quality. Although we appreciated having scramble eggs and bisquits available, they could have been prepared a little better.

We loved the option of 2 pools (1indoor and 1outdoor). It was close to everything without being right on the main strip. Breakfast was really good and had many options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the price was reasonable.

The beds could be comfier, they were ok but not the best. The lighting both in the room and in the indoor pool was very dim. More lights would be very helpful.

Excellent location with clean and comfortable rooms. Included breakfast was good quality for a "hotel breakfast".

Air conditioner at first room did not work. Staff immediately sent the maintenance man to check it. After it was not fixed, we were switched to another room with no other questions asked. Very impressed with their response to it. Vacant building / parking lot behind building #2 brought some sketchy people hanging out there. Like you always should, make sure belongings are removed from vehicle overnight.

The location is good. The room is ok.

The breakfast was subpar. I asked for help with the waffle maker, the attendant looked at me and kept walking. Not really sure if she spoke any english. The bathroom had one partial roll of toilet paper. Covid is over so there is really no reason not to clean the rooms ,collect towels and empty the trash especially when there are 5 people in one room.

The location was perfect! The rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable! We loved the indoor pool as well.

The breakfast was ok but not the best, we were approved for early check in a week before our stay and didn't end up getting to check in until after normal check in time so that was disappointing. But it was a full house just wish we were not approved if it wasn't going to be available.
