The pool and hot tub were very impressive. Upon entering the room, we appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; it was a nice touch. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We went down for breakfast at 9 AM, which ended at 10 AM, and unfortunately the hot food had already been cleared. There were still Jimmy Dean biscuits available for us to heat up in the microwave. After checking out, I had left my house shoes behind, and the staff kindly called to inform me that they would set them aside for me to pick up. I am very grateful for that. Overall, we plan to stay here again! Great job!

The location was ok, I just didn't like the hill to have to climb to get to the lobby. I have health problems that make it very hard to climb hills or steps. The hallways were really hot during the day, making it hard to breathe. The room was excellent. The pool area was ok, it just needed to be vented better and get rid of some of the stuffiness that makes it hard to breathe. The kids ate breakfast and said it was exceptionally good.

They have 24/7 security staff that patroll on foot and in car. The older gentleman that runs over night shift was so kind, polite and engaging to us and our autistic Child. We checked out on the first day but because of his amazing personality we came back that evening and relaxed before driving home!

On day two I asked around 10 am if someone could ask housekeeping to bring towels by. Wasn't a big deal those ladies were super busy so I went and got them myself

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..

We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.

We stayed over fall break, family of 5. We really were impressed with how nice the room was! The beds were great, the breakfast was great, the pool was fun. We had a good time!

The walls are thin. You could hear my kids in the bathtub in the hallway and we could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. Something to think about if you are traveling with kids! Mine were loud so I am sure the neighbors did not appreciate us!

The breakfast each morning was well stocked. They worked hard to keep it stocked and clean. The room was comfortable and they kept it clean. If you needed anything, there was almost always someone at the front desk. If there wasn't anyone there, someone made contact and had someone show up fairly quick. They only closed the actual breakfast bar which left you room to sit with any visitors. We attended our granddaughter's graduation in Springfield, MO on the 20th and they came and visited with us on the 22nd. We used the sitting area to plan our day. Furthermore, there was an outside seating area off the breakfast room also. There were also restrooms in the area and they were very well kept.

The only thing I didn't like was that everyone seemed to have the same idea that we did. We waited until almost the last minute to check out and it created quite a jam. We were all trying to leave before the Holiday weekend and other people were pouring in for the Holiday weekend and we were working the elevator to death. Some people kept the luggage carts in their room so that created a problem. But the checkout process was very easy and went very smooth-no problem with the staff-not even a jam up there.

Room was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. We slept comfortably. We did not use the breakfast facities other than it was nice to be able to grab a coffee anytime.

Parking was tight. Branson is hilly and the roads are wonky so I don't know how it could be improved.

The facility was clean, the pool/hot tub were great, and the staff was AMAZING!! Our youngest son had an allergic reaction to their laundry detergent and the staff was quick to change the bedding and re-washed everything in a different detergent. (Thank you to Sarah, the housekeeper, for being so kind and helpful!!)

This was a nice hotel to stay at for a few nights. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big, and it was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. It was close to the landing and everything was in near proximity for driving.

There’s not much to complain about. There was a limited selection for breakfast the first morning, but more the second morning. The hot tub jets didn’t work, it was a little too hot, and the water looked dirty. The edge was also curved which made it uncomfortable to lean back. Turning into/out of the parking lot was difficult due to traffic and parking wasn’t great. Overall, our stay was good and none of these inconveniences would make us not stay again!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent shout out to the cook. Very nice and clean room, bathroom, and the pool. There wasn't anything to dislike about the stay. We as a family have decided we would stay again on our trips to Branson.
