The pool and Waterpark area was very nice. Cottage was cute and roomy.

We were greeted upon arrival by a time share salesmen. I was not made aware that this was a time share resort before booking. They were very kind when asking to do the timeshare presentation but got pushy when we said we were not interested. Then, they proceeded to call or text every day of our vacation. Our sheets were dirty, the washer was too small to wash the sheets in, the front office was closed at the time we were trying to go to bed. They did have an emergency line, but we did not feel it was an emergency. We were brought clean sheets the next morning. The cottage had very little cookware. It was extremely difficult to make a meal for a family with 1 small skillet. We only had enough hot water for 2 people to shower at a time.

Loved that we had our own little house and my 7 year old was able to be loud without disturbing people right next door. Very spacious rooms and great primary bath.

The ONLY thing we didn’t like was talking to a “concierge” person right after we checked in. I felt like we didn’t have a choice but to say we would go to this hour long session to get “$150 in cash” or a “7 day trip to Orlando.” Of course we didn’t want to do that on our vacation and got charged $100 for not showing up 🙃 I definitely think this should be taken out of the check in process, it’s super uncomfortable. All staff was very nice but this part just felt scammy

The 3 bedroom house was a perfect for our family. We enjoyed the amenities you provided, the restaurant and the pools. Very friendly staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. Super helpful about show discounts opportunities.

Would be nice if the fitness was larger. We didn’t have a clear idea that the smaller pool was closed, there was no staff inside and no signs saying there was a code yellow. We were strongly scolded for being in the pool area. We understand the safety measures but we didn’t know, when we were there it was sunny out. FYI, forgot to tell you there was a leak in the tub at the faucet and the dishwasher was not anchored.

Great location, about five minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Silver Dollar city. Cottages have great space and are very comfortable. Good variety of amenities.

Pool areas were kind of a free-for-all at times with tweens taking running start across the pool deck and jumping into a pool that’s not very big, making a challenging and dangerous for younger kids to enjoy the pool at times. A couple of minor things with the housekeeping staff. They came to our door the day before we were supposed to check out, thinking we were checking out and we were not even out of bed yet. And checkout day, they rang our doorbell about 8:30 AM checking to see if we were out yet. Seems like there should be a better system to communicate with the housekeeping staff.

Love the cottages! Perfect size with everything you could need. It was one of the best I have stayed in. So many fire flies!… it was magical. The kids loved it.

The pool was FILTHY. You can’t see the bottom because it has so much stuff in the water. Every time you move your hand some hair gets stuck to your fingers. Ew. My son lost his goggles and couldn’t find them using his sister’s goggles because the water was SO cloudy. My husband had to feel around with his feet to find them… This place is a Time-Share so they will HOUND you at every turn. And call to hound you some more… Restaurant on site by the main pool was okay but it and everything else closes at 9 or earlier, so if you like to swim at night this isn’t the place for you.

The cute houses and the pools were all fantastic! We had a doe hangout in the woods behind our living room windows each day in June which was neat. The units are very spacious!

I didn't like the stairs to the condo. My booking said it was handicap accessible so I assumed there were no stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Most units provided this but ours was up a large flight of stairs. We managed but believe if it's advertised in your booking, you should honor that. Oh and you need an eye mask for how bright the sun shines through the windows each morning at 6AM. 😅😴

When we arrived our cottage wasn't quite ready. We enjoyed a free buffet in the café. After about 45 minutes we were able to check-in. Got into our cottage and it was beautiful. The pool is nice for younger kids but our teenager wasn't as easily impressed (pretty common for him). Staff was quick to bring pool towels when we let them know we didn't have any at the cottage.

We did have ice cream at the pool. My husband didn't see a sign when he ordered our cones with prices and two cones was $23. He said he wouldn't have gotten them if he had seen something. The ice cream was delicious though.

The pools, the kitchen, the multiple bedrooms. This is our favorite place to stay in Branson!! The staff are friendly and helpful. The cottages are clean and comfortable and have so many built-in amenities like the fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer and multiple full bathrooms!

We didn't find extra blankets until the last day and we would have loved to have them while sitting on the couch. We forget to bring ours and need to remember them next time. Not really something we didn't like, just something that could have made it even better, and it was our fault for forgetting ours and not noticing the ones in the closet.

The location was great, with tremendous views, easy to get to, and not far from the main Branson attractions. The staff was friendly, the amenities on property were good, and the amenities in the house were what was needed.

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point my wife and I both woke up with back pain. For the record we had been fine when we arrived. The cleanliness could be a little better. My wife found smeared feces on the bathroom cabinets, the floors were dirty too, our kids were barefoot in the cottage and it showed on their feet. This is a “vacation property” so they do try to sell you on listening to a talk in exchange for $$.

When we checked in the gentleman was very friendly and check in was quick and easy but then he said we had to step across and get our parking pass from the concierge! Then the concierge started trying to set us up for a 2 hr tour. He offered us gift cards to come to the tour. I felt like I had been scammed or tricked. Long story short we didn’t go on the tour, enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the cottage and the pools. I really can’t decide if we will go back only because of the way the “concierge “ was handled.
