They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room for free. The young man working was exceptional. The room was extremely clean and the price was phenomenal. I had a problem getting my TV to work. I called the front desk and the young man was there in less than 5 minutes and had it working in 30 seconds! I will stay here for future trips to Branson!

There was a little bit of noise but it was from our neighbors. They had several children. This is no fault of the property. They can't control the children of other people in the middle of the night. I really don't have complaints. The room was not fancy. It was homey. If you are looking for fancy, this is not the place for you.

The room was very clean. It was average size with a comfortable, king-sized bed. They also have a large, outdoor pool. The hot breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, coffee & juice (among other cold breakfast options).

The TV was sitting on a low dresser. While laying in bed, the bottom portion of the TV screened was blocked by the end of the bed - due to how low the TV sat on the dresser. The TV needs to be sitting on a taller base or hung up on the wall. Also, there was no meat at breakfast (i.e. - bacon, ham or sausage).

The location and value were nice. They do serve limited items for breakfast. The room was clean with just some problems that can be fixed.

The shower drain was slow draining, so you had to stand in water up to your ankles, which I do not like. The door was an old system style, locking, a key. The beds were noisy. Every time someone got up during or if they turned a lot, you could hear the noise of the bed all night. All this could be fixed with drain cleaner, some adjusting of the beds, upgraded lock systems.

Great location near main strip with easy access to various sites. We had a king size bed which was comfortable, but the pillows need updating. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, various pastries & cereals and of course coffee, hot tea, and juices. This is a very economical place to stay. I recommend they provide better pillows, and comfortable chairs (we had only one hardback table chair). I would consider staying here again the next time I'm in Branson.

As I mentioned in my evaluation above, I didn't like the pillows and not having comfortable seating, but at the same time the room is small and would not allow for such unless furnishings are rearranged. We did have a noisy, squeaky bathroom fan, but being an older place, I could deal with that.

The rooms(we had 2) was very clean and welcoming. Beds was very comfortable. It come with a small fridge to put snacks and lunch meat in them. The pool was just right, top step could use some tightening. Staff was very friendly and honest,accidentally charged for 2 king rooms, but made it right when they noticed it 10 mins after we checked in. We was even able to check in before the check in time. We will definitely book with them again. Even with the hotel next to the busy strip, it was quiet

Only disappointment was no meat with the breakfast. Breakfast was good with eggs,biscuits, gravy,cereal, bagels, toast,juice and coffee.

This is a 2 star hotel so furnishings are out-dated and worn. But the staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Location is near attractions and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. Did enjoy that there was extra towels and wash clothes provided without having to request them. Breakfast was filled constantly by staff and area was kept clean and tidy.

Room had a musty smell which was not too nice when you entered the room.

Nash and his wife are awesome hosts that make you feel at home. They are very attentive and make sure all is well. The cleaning staff and maintenace man were also very polite and quick to respond to any need. The breakfast was well stocked, warm and good. The dining area was kept very clean and the room was comfortable. Also a very good location and quite. We stayed 4 nights and would book with them again on our next stay.

Quiet location just far enough from the strip to avoid any traffic noise. But still close enough to be right in the middle of it all. Bed was super soft in 109!! Pool was great at 9 feet deep!! But we need umbrellas for some shade.

Bi polar water temperatures when taking showers after 6 in the morning. Just when you think it is the right temperature, you get blasted with either super hot or severely cold water.

Room was large nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast was great. Very good location off the main busy strip. With in easy reach of attractions. Quiet and rest full night. Great price and staff are very helpful. Will stay again.

Toilet was a little low and hard to getup from for an older person. The shower didn't have a grab bar to aid in getting in and out of bathtub but that was soon rectified by the receptionist who supplied us with a suction bar.

Breakfast was perfect to start our day and head to SDC. We drove in from STL on Wed morning and they told us to call them when we got to Branson and if our room was ready they would let us check in early so we didn't have to wait til after a day at the park. Great staff and everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use them again when in Branson!
