The check in/out was a breeze and the hotel staff is pleasant/friendly/helpful. Breakfast was delish. Scrambles eggs, sausage links, mixed fruit, bagels, toast, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee, biscuits & gravy. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We always bring our pillows from home, but the room pillows were fluffy but supportive. Microwave and mini fridge are nice to have. The TV was a nice flat screen / hdmi with lots of channels (Vizio). It was quiet and well located for our purposes. We've stayed at the Dutton Inn several times and judge other hotels against the Dutton. Sometimes, we can't afford it our want a place with a swimming pool for the grandkids, but it would be our first choice when we can afford it.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. They served breakfast but we were up late due to it being New Year's Eve, so we didn't make it in time to eat it. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and nice.

The only problem that I can think of is that their soda machine didn't have Pepsi products and they didn't take cards, only cash.

It is definitely an older hotel, but most of the ones in Branson are. The price was great for the 2 nights we stayed there. The location was perfect and surprisingly quiet for being right off the main strip. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Water was hot. The front desk staff were friendly.

The coffee in the room wasn’t great. The shower head is awful. (But these are pretty typical of hotels because nothing beats home coffee and showers!) Floors appeared clean with no debris but make sure you wear shoes in the room or your feet/socks will be black.

From the call one day prior to check-in and until checkout, everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the lady who ran breakfast was so sweet and accommodating.

The food was delicious and a good variety. The lady running the breakfast was really nice and did a good job of making sure everything was always full

Folks, the Dutton Inn is the best place to stay in Branson, Missouri, hands down , clean room and queen size bed is really comfortable, when you check in at office your met with a friendly smile , the breakfast at Dutton Inn is like going to Golden Coral buffet, big breakfast area for lots of. Elbow room and best lip-smacking eggs, pancakes, and sausage you can wrap your lips around. They also have waffles, homemade biscuts, and sausage gravy . The coffee is really good, with half n half creamer and no powder creamer here . Folks, if you stay at Dutton Inn and go to the Dutton show, you'll get 25% off the show that's a win for night or weekend stay at this fantastic hotel.

It was a quiet day/night there and everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very friendly.

I stayed here before in June and liked that it was a little off the beaten path, and quiet compared to many properties in Branson. The stay in November was even nicer… the staff is always so friendly and it still feels like a mom and pop/family owned business that cares about its customers.

The keys to the doors - they hand it to you on the flimsiest piece of metal ring ever, making it worrisome that it might get lost (especially if you had to keep track of it for a lengthy stay) I guess thats not really my problem but i hate having this key to have to put ON my keychain

Good location with a very easy access to Green Mountain Rd. You can avoid 76 altogether.

Great location! The rooms were nice and beds were the best beds I’ve ever slept on. The breakfast was really good. More options than most. This was our first time staying and we will come back for sure.

The only thing bad I would say was the carpet wasn’t the cleanest. You didn’t notice until you walked around and then your socks or feet were dirty. I’m assuming from the parking lot being freshly paved.
