Our stay exceeded our expectations, we needed something my husband and I plus 2 kids and a dog that was cheap clean and close to everything. This hotel was exactly that. We expected to find something like outdated rooms or not the cleanest, a broken light you know just something but everything was clean and up to date. For the price I wasn’t expecting luxury personally. Since we had our dog I liked that the rooms were not connected by hallways and I could walk in and out and be outside with our vehicles right at the door which also makes it easier to load and unload the vehicle. The pool did have something wrong with the pump but they told us we could swim next door at the Angel Inn which I’m guessing is owned by the same people. They also told us if they didn’t have what we wanted for breakfast in the lobby we could eat over at the other hotel too. There is a super cute ice cream shop at the edge of the parking lot perfect for a summer walk and a bedtime snack.

My only complaint was the comforters on the bed were too small for the bed almost like a twin on a queen size bed it barely hit the edges of the bed and wasn’t enough to cover both of us completely and the pillows neeed to be thrown in the dryer to be re fluffed at least or possibly a few new ones. We will be back next visit to Branson!

The rooms were very big and their location is great. The grandkids loved the little ice cream shop that is next door. It was very easy to find and the surrounding area has lots if places to go and things to do. The employees I spoke/delt with were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I did not like the fact that their pool wasn't up and running yet. Their vending machine area was lacking and their prices were very high! We were there from Friday to Monday and our room was not cleaned. Nor was the trash taken out. They did bring in extra towels and wash clothes on Saturday while we were out. The towels were left on table just inside the door. They were in a clear bag, lots of them. Any other hotel I have used cleaned room daily or at least asked if we needed anything done in room. Trash should have gone out daily and wet or used towels should have been collected daily!

The rooms and property was very clean! My family and I enjoyed our stay here and will choose this hotel again. I also enjoyed that they do not hold a deposit on your card. That makes things difficult while traveling on a budget.

There was a decent size gap when the door was closed. It let in a few outside bugs. The beds were two different types of mattresses, one was rock hard, the other was very comfy.

The room was clean, large and extremely inviting. The furniture was impeccable as well as luxurious. Their was not a lot of wall art, which was great. The room did not need anything extra to compliment it. The towels were luxurious as well as the bedding. The room was extremely clean. Infact the cleanest room we have ever been in or seen. Believe me when I tell you, I inspected the room in every way. The heater in the room was fabulous as well as the floors were even warm. Now let me tell you this was a blessing and a miracle. The temperature outside was -6 degrees and the wind chill was -22. With a winter weather mix. Which means snow, freezing rain and hail. The sidewalks were cleared and salted. The staff and I do mean all the staff were customer service friendly, with smiles and an eagerness to please. Exceptional Service in every way. This was an important stay for me and my Mom. My Mother was having surgery at Cox hospital on the 16th. I was treating her to a hotel stay before her surgery as well as after her surgery. We live 2 hours away and I didn't want her to worry about anything. Also this was something that I was able to provide her with due to the fabulous pricing. My mother was having surgery on the 16th in Branson, MO. The ice and snow storm was coming an extra day earlier on the 14, of January. A day before we were scheduled to arrive. So I called the hotel and they were gracious and reserved the room for me a day earlier. They knew my Mother was going to be in the hospital on the 16th of January and she was coming back to the hotel with me for a night and day after her surgery. So this hotel room was of the upmost importance for her pre surgery as well as post surgery. For my self also, so I could be available for her as well as close to the Hospital. We were so impressed by the hotel and staff that we plan to stay there at least once or twice a month. We suggest this hotel.Thank you and Blessings to all. We appreciate you. Sincerely, Deanna

The only thing we were disappointed about was the Continental breakfast. Their really wasn't one. Their we're muffins that you buy from the dollar tree in wrappers, that were dry. Their Was a choice of the Muffins, Honey Buns and granola bars. No cereal or anything warm at all. The coffee was great though. Yet, if you're counting on eating breakfast at the hotel to start your day. I would plan on eating somewhere else. Their were no microwaves in the rooms. But their is one in the hotel lobby, that can be used 24 hours a day.

It is well located close to almost everything.The room is big and very clean.The bed is so confortable.There is an ice cream shop just next to it.Very delicious.Th swimming pool is noce.

The room doesn't have a microwave but there is a fridge. The breakfast was nice but personnaly l didn't like it.Very less option.No eggs,no sausage,not hot stuff except coffee and bread to toast. When consider the price it is cheap and Overall it is a very nice place.

The staff was very friendly. It was quiet, considering where it's located. The bed was super comfortable!

The room wasn't fully cleaned. There was still food in the fridge from a previous customer. The sink had makeup in it. The other bed wasn't made, but the bedding was still in the room, not folded. But I understand they're severely understaffed, so I didn't say anything. I work at a hotel, I get it.

The hotel is right off the highway and close to the main strip. The rooms are a great size and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at the hotel. It is perfect for us.

you have a $50 up to $250 deposit that you know nothing about until you get there. they tell you it is on their website but not on here.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was great and my wife being handicapped with mobility issues, having to use a walker was able to maneuver around with her walker and the bathroom was big with handrails and shower bars to hold on to. Handicapped parking was directly in front of our room door. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Rates were awesome for the good room. Access to the strip was easy and just around the corner. I definitely recommend staying here and we will if we come back to Branson.

The motel was older but clean. I loved the fact that when I walked into the room after checking in the air conditioner was on! In many motels I have to turn it on after arriving. I also liked the fact the mini fridge was cool and ready to go. The bed was older, but comfortable and I traveled with my daughter and we had adjoining rooms. Normally we are 2-3 rooms apart.

Not that I was going to swim, but the pool wasn’t ready and it was June14th. The ice machine was also down. For both items we needed to go to their sister motel next door.
