The staff was amazing, very helpful with everything. The first thing we liked was how we were told how to work the key/door & how to work the shower since they're a little different from other places. The spa tub with a king bed, updated rooms/facility everything was really nice for being a super8. The pool was nice as well, we got a chance to enjoy it alone. It was perfect for all the attractions. I will recommend this hotel to others!

The only 2 downsides were, when we got in the room & opened the fridge there were 2 cans of pop frozen to the back of it & a water bottle as well so housekeeping didn't look in the fridge. I always clean tubs before I get in them so when I cleaned the spa tub before using it I wiped up visible spots that were either missed while cleaning or they didnt clean it. But overall I was impressed with this being the price it was. Where im from super8 hotels are always ran down & not in great areas, but this was the total opposite experience!

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean. Felt our car was safe from vandalism (it's happened at hotels before), Jim, Ann, and Jimmy were very accommodating to my handicapped needs. Breakfast was hot and tasty. They have recliners in handicapped room and I had a nice shower chair that held my heavy weight. They had a nice laundry room for us to do our laundry. Property is super clean, parking lot is the cleanest I've ever stayed at.

Very limited on selection of breakfast foods, all carbs and protein, no fruits, or yougarts. My recliner chair kept dropping/falling the legs, they wouldn't stay up for long and the chair was very uncomfortable. There was nothing else that bothered us. Had a great experience.

a few bugs

really enjoyed this motel, the owners where nice, and the rooms where comfortable. loved the bible in the room also the recliner chair was a great touch. the water pressure was excellent and as hot as you wanted it. the pool was clean and well maintained. and the hot breakfast items was good also............ not a huge amount but satisfying,

maybe extend the breakfast hours until 10:30, like to sleep in when on vacation. also, the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but it was doable for the time we were there.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was more then just waffles which was great. Sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal choices, bagels, toast and muffins! Plus good coffee or apple/orange juice! Staff were friendly. Nice area close to everything we wanted to do.

Parking was good the first couple days but Saturday we had to park on the other side of the building from our room. Bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Just made us a bit nervous about not being able to see our car from the room.

Breakfast needs whole milk plain yogurt. Any yogurt might be better than none. Eggs are not eggs. It got us full, and the coffee has caffeine. Mgmt responded well to the heater odor (first time used in the fall). Mgmt cleaned the coils and remaining nights were happy 😊 face. I don't give 5 star ratings easily, so this was a good stay.

That heater odor (but it was cured promptly). No yogurt at breakfast. Eggs are obviously not eggs. Other breakfast items did the trick. Pillows and mattress are hard. My roomy was ok with 'firm' mattress. We will never be back to Branson but would stay here if we were.

We was very pleased. Upon entering the suite, it smelled very clean. The bed was pretty comfy. The spa was nice & relaxing. Great location. Will definitely book again.

I only have 3 small dislikes. There was hair in the shower/tub. The pillows aren't great, bring your own, simple fix. The towels are rough and stained, and again, bring your own, simple fix.

This was a clean room. A spacious room worthy of a king. It was such a lovely room. The room was simple yet lovely. Especially for the price.

The staff was new and I find it rather tedious to have to give the hotel my personal information twice. This night I got a new associate so it took forever to get my room even longer than it normally takes. It should be a quick and easy transfer of information. Asking for a person license plate for a single night and taking my information is just plain silly.

Location and breakfast. We had a large grassy area, a short walk from our door, to play ball with our fur-baby. Breakfast was simple, but visiting with other guests in the dining area was nice.

I didn't appreciate the owners attitude toward my fur-baby. They advertise "pet friendly," but I felt that they would prefer you not to bring a pet.

Room was good clean and comfortable!!!

I didn't like the communication part. I asked for a lower level because I broke my foot. They gave me a room upstairs. Not even sure if they had a jacuzzi room on the bottom floor they never said anything or apologized for not having one. Breakfast wasn't great we ended up going to I Hop. The coffee was great they even had vanilla creamer!
