We have stayed here multiple times. Breakfast is always good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our bed was not as comfortable as we had in the past. The barking dog in the room next door was a complete turn-off. The dog barked non-stop for 30 minutes when we were trying to rest. It barked any time someone passed the room, and since we were on the 1st floor by the pool, it was frequent when its owners were gone. We understand it is a pet friendly hotel, but we should have been informed we were being placed on the floor that would have pets. This is the first time we have used the elevator, and the flooring could use an update.

The breakfast was the best! Clean, good food! Probably would stay here again for that, and the room was very nice and clean.

Not much we didn’t like. I issue we had was I forgot my favorite pillow (with my tan/yellow pillow slip) in the room and once I noticed that I didn’t have it once I got home and unpacked the car, I called the hotel and the young lady wasn’t sure what to do. Talked to the manager and I told her it was in room #41 she said that she had the pillow upfront and would send it out that day to my address. Did not receive it, called back about 4days later and they said that they didn’t have it. I really broke my heart. It wasn’t a ‘cheap’ pillow nor the casing. Just figured someone, house keeping kept it.

The breakfast was very nice. Our room was clean . The staff brought us extra towels and shampoo as requested.

Ther room next to 324 was under construction. We were relaxing in the am after breakfast watching the news , reading and all the banging started around 9:30.am. It went on for hrs. I had two mentally disable adults with me . One was very sensitive to noise and we ended up walking around inside the building and sitting downstairs until they were able to calm themself and return to the room. We left the hotel for the day which helped. I think a heads up from management would have been nice. The rules did state no loud noise in the hall ways .

My husband and I loved everything. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was very clean and fresh, obviously recently renovated. We stayed with our little friend (Yorki), and he was also very comfortable. The pool was great, as was the gym. I'd especially like to mention the excellent work of Path Patel, who helped us with everything. Thank you LaQuinta!

We've stayed here twice now. We like that it's off the strip and easy to get everywhere. The rates seem to stay around the same no matter when we book.

We showed up on time to check in and the lady at the front let us know our room wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. We ran to Walmart for some necessities and came back. A new front desk person said the room still was not ready. I think she noticed the annoyed look on my face and grabbed the manager to go inspect the room. He said it was fine and ready to go. We got checked in. Went to the room. Checked the sheets which I always do before I sit down or put my stuff down and there were stains on the sheets. We asked for new seats and they sent my husband back with sheets for us to change ourselves. The $100 deposit at checkin seems a bit crazy compared to other places we have stayed at. But all in we usually enjoy staying here.

Breakfast and location were on point! Hot sausage, eggs, potato’s, waffles, oatmeal and biscuits & gravy. Along with yogurt, pastries, banana bread, bagels, toast, fruit, and a , cereal & juice bar. Not to mention the condiments- ketchup for potatoes, Nutella, cream cheese for bagels etc etc!! Something for everyone!!

We had about 20 people and several rooms in our group. The sweet staff in the day made up for the very unkind girl on Saturday night at 8 pm. She said we were not allowed to sit in the lobby with swim clothing on ( they were wipeable chairs in the breakfast area) we understood but she was extremely rude to several of the guests and yelled at our children who were already partially dry from the pool and had towels on. She just snapped at lots of guests. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Again all other staff was excellent and extremely helpful even the housekeepers and food service workers!! Thank you all for working so incredibly hard for so many families!!

Overall awesome stay. Although our rooms were on different floors, we will make LaQuinta in Branson our hotel to stay in when traveling.

The only thing I did not like was, in our room we did not have enough towels for all 4 of us. Housekeeping was in the hall and I asked for more towels and the 3 ladies started talking to each other in Spanish and I was then told to no, I have to go to the front desk. Out of the 3, I could have gotten what I needed instead of going back down to the front desk. Thanks to ALL the front desk staff and also to the two guys in housekeeping!

The rooms had plenty of space and were really clean — especially impressive since they allow pets! Breakfast was tasty and better than I've had at similar hotels.Overall though, it was a comfortable and tidy stay.

The beds were a bit on the firm side for my taste, and the bathroom was pretty small, really just enough for one person at a time. They had to restock a few of the breakfast items after being told.

The hotel was clean. Nice selection of items for breakfast. Fast check-in and checkout. Staff was quick to respond when we found out our TV wasn't working.

Key cards were deactivated while we were out, and we had to walk to the front of the hotel to get in. Minor inconvenience as we had parked by the doors next to our room and had our hands full. Staff took care of it but did not apologize or offer an explanation.

Location was close to the show we were going to. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient for putting on makeup. The lighted mirror was not bright enough. The chairs in the lobby needed cleaning and or needed to be replaced because when you sat in them, they were wobbly. Not what I would expect from a hotel charging over$200 a night.
