Price, location, clean

The second night of our stay we were confronted by a very rude night clerk. She was hateful. She demanded us to move off the Rv pad . We were sitting in an empty spot in our own lawn chairs minding our business. She insisted we weren’t allowed in that area. She lied to us and said that the space was rented and we needed to move. The lights outside our door were too bright. It was hard to sleep with so much light coming in around the edges of the window drapes. I would suggest a lower voltage light bulb or tint the windows

The property itself is close to just about everything, you can get nearly anywhere quickly. Typical hotel beds are really uncomfortable and I can’t wait to get home in my own bed again but I found this one incredibly comfortable personally & I am extremely picky with sleeping. The room was clean & tidy, also smelled clean which is a HUGE plus in my book. We are happy overall with our stay here.

The bathroom is small but it’s functional. The parking is a bit small as well, there’s only a handful of spots near the actual rooms but there is parking across the lot.

The hotel was extremely clean! We forgot to take towels down to the pool so we came back to the room soaking wet. After we had all dried off and back in normal clothes, I used one of the towels to dry up the floor and there was no dust what so ever and the only dirt was from us. Very impressive! The pool is small but perfect if you can get the chance to be in it alone! The breakfast staff and front desk morning staff were INCREDIBLE! The Taco Bell right beside the hotel was EXTREMELY popular with my crew!

The evening lady was extremely unprofessional to the point of disrespect but this would be the only negative we could say about our stay.

There was no Breakfast, i think it was a little early in the tourist season, it wasn't a big deal.

All was good.

Very clean, with no carpet. Clean towels, linen, soap and shampoo and make-up cleansing sheet were provided! (bring your own shower cap and tooth brush/paste!) . The room comes with TV (which I do not watch), microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The price is so low but it comes with breakfast (delicious coffee , orange juice, apple juice, scrambles eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels (with cream cheese, and jam) , bread buns and toasts (with butter and jam), packaged cups of fruits. For the price it is the great value for money. I will come back if I ever come back to Branson!! It was quiet and I slept well too. Free WiFi worked well. Used towels were changed daily.

Nothing. for this price there is nothing to complain at all.

Easy check in good location good price

Rooms were clean, updated, vinyl flooring( not carpeted and felt clean)- Complementary breakfast was decent-biscuits, gravy, eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, & cereal For the low price of this hotel, I was unsure of what we were going to end up with, but we were actually pleasantly surprised. The location is close to the strip, but away from the crazy traffic. The beds were comfortable. The food was decent- Definitely not "homemade ", but didn't taste bad and was free, so we were happy. Honestly, the biscuits were really good! The sweet lady who keeps the breakfast going does not stop all morning so be nice to her! 🙂

Room that breakfast was located in was a bit small and got very crowded with minimal seating. Pool was small with minimal seating around it, but kids didn't care.

I LOVE this place, great value for your money. Close to everything and good breakfast (which is included) I don't need any fancy resorts, Branson is one of my favorite places to go and just need a clean comfortable, safe place to come and sleep and this is definitely it!

If you have small children please ask for a room on the lower level, be thoughtful of the other guests. The only bad experience I had was not the fault of the hotel but from other guests that were staying in the room above us that let their children run around like if it was playground.

Location and price. Quiet.

On check in the lady was a true ray of sunshine (sarcasm). The room was descent for price. Bathroom could use an update - toilet is for toddler size people. Low to floor and small seat so if physically challenged in any way - consider this before booking. All we did was sleep there - they had breakfast but we didn’t participate because of other plans. Floors updated at some point but needed a good cleaning - filthy feet and socks from walking on floor.

We didn't eat breakfast because we were in a hurry each morning we were there. We were told it was on the other side of the location from where we checked in.

I stated in the reservation that we would be checking in late, however once we got there we had to wait on the attendant to come to office. Also he informed me that they didn't have our reservation because an attendant had tried to contact us but I don't answer unknown numbers and also we had limited cell service on way to location. But he did eventual;ly get the room straightened out for us, with no issues.
