Excellent location and the rooms were extremely clean and updated. It's an old building but everything was spotless, even the window sill. We got adjoining rooms on the second floor above the office. The back room was hot because the air conditioner doesn't really have a place to vent so the hall is very hot. We opened the door between rooms and never opened the second door again and it managed to cool off by the time we got back. I would recommend only opening that first door if you do the same. It was 100 degrees outside too lol. The staff was wonderful and called me back to let me know she got me the adjoining rooms when she didn't have to. The man was very friendly when we arrived and everything went very smoothly. The blankets were clean so I'll give this a 10 out of 10 for the value especially. They have coffee and creamer in the office as well as the rooms.

"Great central location I stayed at Stratford house inn for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, continental breakfast and The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. I also pay deposit and they help me with my deposit too. It take 2-3 business days to back to account so I called them very next day after check out and they handle it very nicely and i continuesly called them till it back on my card but staff never get irritated, they always talk with me nicely and they handle it very calmly.I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I m back in Branson"

Nothing. Everything Perfect.

Katie was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. We got a ground floor room, beds were firm but comfortable, air worked well on an extremely hot day. Close to Golden Corral. Katie gave us a coupon for there also. Traffic was reasonably quiet. Adequate lighting. Extremely reasonable for Branson.

Close to helicopter ride, too much slamming doors at night for a while. Parking on a hill, I hadn't ask for a handicapped room, but a ground floor, and most of parking is on a hill.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was leery since it was in the strip, but the rear exited onto the yellow route so the ease of getting around was very easy. It was within walking distance to restaurants, especially Abby’s Tourist Trap. I was surprised I didn’t have to complete paperwork upon arriving and there was ample parking. I loved that when taking a shower the water was HOT not warm like so many motels and it came out if the shower head with force, not dribbling. I will stay here again. Excellent value for the $$$$$.

The room came with a dorm fridge, I wished it was set on a table rather than the floor, but minor inconvenience.

I'm always leery of staying on the strip, but this was my second time to stay there. I love the fact that then street beside the parking lit goes to either thevstrip or they yellow route. The beds were firm which I prefer amd I like that then floors are laminate rather than carpet. Its an easy walk you Abby's Tourist Trap for ice cream!

Petty, but then step up from the parking lot to the walk was a bit tall. We had to jiggle the cord on the a/c yo get it to work Nd the mini fridge wasnt level, but this is really nitpicking. I would stay here against.

The location was excellent, with most rides and attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for us.

The bed was uncomfortable due to the plastic cover underneath, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the room didn’t provide basic amenities like water bottles or tea bags—only coffee was available.

We had car trouble and had to spend the night in Branson unexpectedly after a week long trip so we needed 2 very affordable rooms. The rooms have recently been updated. The beds were very comfortable. I prefer vinyl floors over carpet in affordable hotels, and that’s what they have. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to have a late checkout while we waited for our car. They have coffee, a cappuccino machine and breakfast pastries in the lobby. I would stay there again!

The end of the upstairs outdoor hallway we were on wasn’t clean, but I was thankful for adjoining rooms, and because it was outside, it wasn’t a big deal.

Rm very comfortable! Fantastic location not nearly as busy as the other end of the strip! Large room with wingback chair beside nightstand. Desk with nice chair. Can't wait to stay there again! Grass right across from the room, very easy for pets!!

Bed was very comfortable! Room had nice thick carpeted floor, not cold at all! Room was clean! 100° day, their ice maker was broken but they got ice in a cooler for you, they so helpful!!

Have stayed twice both times there was a hole by the bathroom that our cat went into..the second stay the floor was warped under the wood floors and one section was cracked also the tub looked very dirty the sheet was torn and the pillowcase was stained. Yes I would stay again because the staff was very nice

Right off the 76 strip but rooms quiet. Good sized updated room with comfortable beds with and fat fluffy pillows. Plenty hot water to keep filling up the jetted bath tub. Super friendly people for easy check in check out. No complaints here. I stayed 2 nights. Oh and great rate 👍

Maybe keep some coffee in check in area. Other than no breakfast place was great
