I HIGHLY recommend. My family stayed 2 nights for my niece's wedding, and would absolutely stay again. The staff is phenomenal,our room was pristine! My husband and I were VERY surprised to find it was rated only 2 stars..at least 4 stars. ABSOLUTELY worth the VERY low cost. I strongly recommend!

The only thing I would change would be the "orange juice" was extremely watered down and I would have liked to see more options for breakfast(fruit would have been nice).. otherwise an amazing stay!

room was clean and bedding looked new pretty red, bed was very comfortable breakfast was a little disappointing the motel had more people stay than we usually find when we have stayed in the past. The person in charge was very friendly and working very hard to keep up with the crowd. When I went down they were out of eggs but working on getting more our, out of biscuits I don't know if they got more or not. I don't want to fault her she was do they best she could. What I had was good

King size bed and comfortable. Breakfast was provided.

Bathroom was a little tight. Cosmetic issues had not been addressed (paint on door frames, water in sink was only hot). The door was very hard to close (this could be good or bad - good for safety reasons but bad if you don't get it closed really good)

The owner and staff was very nice and respectful had a issue and called maintenance and they were up here within 5 minutes and fix the issue willing refer this hotel to my family and friends and willing to say again thank you Neil and staff for a great stay an experience

This place is located right off the main strip. Great value for the convenience. Rooms were pretty clean, front desk was super friendly.

The price of the rooms change depending on availability. I’m sure most hotels do this, but it was a surprise to me when my $45 one night stay turned into 2 nights and the price went up an extra $15. Still, not going to break the bank, but I feel like $60 could get you a better hotel.

The owners are AMAZING, so accommodating to our needs and questions.

That there was no elevator! But, we did request to be moved to a bigger room and informed no elevator.

Location, breakfast and staff were great!!

If I have to come up with something, I’d say maybe a little outdated but for price can’t complain. We were on ground floor and people above us were very noisy with running and jumping. Past that it was a great stay and we will def stay again.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were pretty clean. Breakfast was good and always fresh.

The lighting in the room was dimmer than I would have liked but not a problem for the stay.

The people were especially friendly. All requests handled quickly. It was quiet and my daughter and I enjoyed it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

They did not have continental breakfast in January. Whenever we went to turn in our keys after our stay the office was locked.
