Location excellent. We were there to go to SDC. Didn't hear any noise from people or cars once we were in room. Beds comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Employees friendly. Building smelled nice. Ferris wheel was fun to watch out window. Very clean. Instructed to put used towels outside in hall. Fresh towels delivered in a bag. Also told to set trash can in hall if needed emptying. When we came back, trash was emptied. We would definitely stay here again. Large breakfast area. I really can't say enough. While drying my hair with hairdryer in bathroom, I noticed that the screws to the switch plates on the electrical outlets had all the screws perfectly vertical! Someone took pride in their work, or is OCD like me. I checked a few others in the room and they were also vertical!

I am not a complainer, but digging to find anything negative here. No bacon at breakfast. I do like my bed made on vacation, and had the choice to request it, but we didn't. Had plenty of hot water for showers, but shower head was a bit puny. These are not things I would have complained about, but since you asked.....

Everything was so clean! Nice size rooms. Large breakfast area. Many relaxing couches and chairs to hang out in. Great area on the Branson strip. I loved how secure it was. That you needed a key card to get into every door even the pool!

Just a few suggestions that I've seen at other hotels (even less expensive ones). Have a 24/7 coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar. It doesn't have to be fancy at all. There were so many areas in the hotel for relaxing on a couch or chair, it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea while in those areas. Also, the breakfast buffet line would get terribly long. Maybe you should move it out a bit so people could line up and use both sides. This would cut the line and time in half.

It was beautiful! The bed was sooo comfy. The shower was relaxing and huge! The property looked updated and had no smell. My room has a fridge and microwave. So close to everything. I think the walls were sound proof. So quiet. They had a cappuccino maker at breakfast. Everyone working there that I talked to were so sweet. I also loved how deep the drawers were in the room. I hate running around the room before checkout and trying to gather all the stuff strewn about the room. I had my own giant drawer and my daughter had hers that her backpack literally fit into. My kid also attested to the happiness she had at the indoor pool. Plus you have to eat at The Side Chick restaurant that's .1 mile away from the room. It's like 3 buildings down. They have the absolute best Mac and cheese and chicken. This hotel is in my top 5 hotels for so much luxury for the price.

I wish there was an electric car charger.

This hotel couldn’t be any better. We had a fabulous stay and the staff were so friendly. The facilities were very well taken care of. And the breakfast was fabulous everyday. I would say the breakfast are needs a tip jar. The staff were great and I would have liked to leave a tip. But wasn’t sure if I should just leave some on a table. I will say the pool area looked great we didn’t swim. I would have love to had a tour of the whole place and seen the crystal room and the room downstairs just to see. The hotel is beautiful with all the woodwork.

Excellent lodge-like feel to the place. Rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay one day longer than booked and they worked it out to make it happen without changing rooms, even though they were heavily booked. Common spaces are big and comfortable. Location is right on the strip close to everything. Parking is well lit and easy.

The breakfast arrangement in the morning was quite crowded, often with long lines and wait times. After a few tries we abandoned the breakfast. It felt like the arrangement at breakfast was undersized for the number of guests.

It's not fancy, but this place was really a bargain. It was conveniently located, comfortable, and super clean. Usually, the grout in the bathroom is the tell, but even the floor grout was clean in our bathroom. We got a room with the jacuzzi tub and it was well worth the small amount extra we had to pay. The decor wasn't really my taste, but it fit the style of the nearby Silver Dollar City well. And the staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful.

To be honest, there wasn't much I would change. It really would've been helpful to have nightstands on both sides of the bed rather than only one. The breakfast line was a bit long at times, so they could try to find a way to address that (make the buffet table double sided, etc.). I wasn't thrilled that there was only a single elevator for such a large place, but there's not much they can do about that at this point. And the coffee was abysmal. We're from Louisiana and Italy and like our coffee much stronger than what they had, but that's such a minor thing overall. Fortunately, there was a coffee shop not far away.

I did not like that I had to request our room to be cleaned the second day of our stay. I have NEVER had to do this at a motel/hotel we have stayed at. When you pay over $200 per night for a room, you expect excellent room service. That includes returning to your room the next day to the beds being made, fresh towels and washcloths being provided, trash cans emptied, etc. I know you state this in the paperwork you give guests upon check-in, but I feel you should revisit this concept of how you handle housekeeping services for your guests. It’s definitely something that will keep me from returning.

We were so pleased with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The rooms were cozy and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a long line but it moved quickly and fresh food was restocked regularly so there were plenty of options. Our kids LOVED to pool. So many hotels have old outdated indoor pools but this one was modern and amazing. We loved the colorful decor and full windows in the pool room and it was very spacious with lots of clean towels

No negative feedback

I was a little skeptical because it looked like an older property in the photos but I was impressed! Rooms, pool area, lobby, restaurant, fitness center, laundry room were all super clean and well maintained. Staff members were all professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was much better than average with real scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats, waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and much more. Hats off to the manager of this facility! I would definitely stay here again!

Lodge of the Ozarks was a total, delightful surprise. Our previous stays were at another nearby hotel, but LOTO is my new "home." I am planning a memorable Christmas gift trip to Branson for my two sons and their families in October, and hope to put them all up at Lodge of the Ozarks. We'll save a lot just with the delicious breakfast in the morning! It is said the most important thing for business success is location, location, location, but I would add, a great staff and a quality, comfortable product. Lodge of the Ozarks nails it.

Well...if I have to not like something about Lodge of the Ozarks (which is difficult to do), it would be the elevator; it can seem a little slow if you're in a hurry. But my room was on the 4th Floor, and the way the stairs are laid out, it was actually an easy stroll up and down. Didn't mind at all, and I'm 67!
