Room was exceptionally clean, food was superb, walk in shower was big enough to walk in, service was great!

No vent fan in the bathroom, maybe add more trash bags in the trash can

Loved how welcoming the place was, the nonstop Christian music playing, the cleanliness of the hotel, and how everyone was so helpful and happy that you're staying with them. Also, liked how different the hotel looked from your ordinary place of stay! My kiddos thought they were on an excursion trying to find different areas in the hotel. Loved how there was ample amount of seating in the dining hall for breakfast. Every where you turned there was someone cleaning, helping guests, and enjoying their work! We will definitely be back!!!

Only have one complaint, but it will sound really bad if I try to explain so I won't do that, because it was so minor.

Staff was professional and friendly. Everything seemed exceptionally clean and smelled good. Loved the Christian music playing in the lobby. Location is excellent... close to LOTS of attractions, shopping and food (and good sidewalks so you can walk if you wish 🙂). Breakfast was a large buffet with LOTS of variety in a pleasant sit-down restaurant like setting. The pool was nice in a beautiful room with large windows and plenty of clean towels available. And I actually saw staff members cleaning the exercise equipment in the exercise room... nice! (Don't see that at all hotels)! Had to do a load of laundry as well, and I was glad to see even the laundry facilities were kept clean. 🙂

This isn't really a complaint, just something my teenager mentioned. The pool isn't very deep - only goes up to 4' deep, which was a little disappointing for him. However, it was perfect for my younger child who doesn't swim well yet.

We liked EVERYTHING about the Lodge of the Ozarks from the luxurious decor, friendly helpful staff (shout out to Terry) to the bountiful breakfast, large spa tub, quiet rooms, comfy bed/pillows, & delightful clean smell in the halls & room!! It was refreshing & felt right at home when we walked into our room & found an open Bible on the dresser. It is a nice feeling knowing someone understands that life is always coming at us LIVE & isn't always easy. We ALL need encouragement, hope, & life spoken into us! 10 out of 10 WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!! TY to ALL that made our stay The Best as we celebrated our 30th anniversary!! NOTHING NEGATIVE about our stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks!

From the Bible Scripture on the marquee to the staff greetings as we enter the front door, our first impression was awesome. Being a family run property, every staff person made us feel welcomed. The rooms were rustic but comfortable with many amenities. A microwave, frig and bar sink made it easy to prepare snacks and store left overs. The tub was a jacuzzi tub and was heavenly after doing so much walking during the day. Breakfast was a full breakfast and was very good. We will stay here the next time we visit Branson.

They did not make the bed daily unless you requested and I always forgot. We dealt with it.

Close to everything, Friendly staff, cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, breakfast was very good, fresh, hot nice variety

Nice looking shower/door/wall glass in shower however have to step inside shower to turn water one not the best way to start your shower blast of cold water instead of being able to turn watered on outside of shower, very small shower head water pressure was low due to size of shower head shower head almost generic like for such a nice hotel (showers are suppose to revive you for your day) also exhaust did not work at all left with steamy mirror

Location excellent. We were there to go to SDC. Didn't hear any noise from people or cars once we were in room. Beds comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Employees friendly. Building smelled nice. Ferris wheel was fun to watch out window. Very clean. Instructed to put used towels outside in hall. Fresh towels delivered in a bag. Also told to set trash can in hall if needed emptying. When we came back, trash was emptied. We would definitely stay here again. Large breakfast area. I really can't say enough. While drying my hair with hairdryer in bathroom, I noticed that the screws to the switch plates on the electrical outlets had all the screws perfectly vertical! Someone took pride in their work, or is OCD like me. I checked a few others in the room and they were also vertical!

I am not a complainer, but digging to find anything negative here. No bacon at breakfast. I do like my bed made on vacation, and had the choice to request it, but we didn't. Had plenty of hot water for showers, but shower head was a bit puny. These are not things I would have complained about, but since you asked.....

Everything was so clean! Nice size rooms. Large breakfast area. Many relaxing couches and chairs to hang out in. Great area on the Branson strip. I loved how secure it was. That you needed a key card to get into every door even the pool!

Just a few suggestions that I've seen at other hotels (even less expensive ones). Have a 24/7 coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar. It doesn't have to be fancy at all. There were so many areas in the hotel for relaxing on a couch or chair, it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea while in those areas. Also, the breakfast buffet line would get terribly long. Maybe you should move it out a bit so people could line up and use both sides. This would cut the line and time in half.

It was beautiful! The bed was sooo comfy. The shower was relaxing and huge! The property looked updated and had no smell. My room has a fridge and microwave. So close to everything. I think the walls were sound proof. So quiet. They had a cappuccino maker at breakfast. Everyone working there that I talked to were so sweet. I also loved how deep the drawers were in the room. I hate running around the room before checkout and trying to gather all the stuff strewn about the room. I had my own giant drawer and my daughter had hers that her backpack literally fit into. My kid also attested to the happiness she had at the indoor pool. Plus you have to eat at The Side Chick restaurant that's .1 mile away from the room. It's like 3 buildings down. They have the absolute best Mac and cheese and chicken. This hotel is in my top 5 hotels for so much luxury for the price.

I wish there was an electric car charger.

This hotel couldn’t be any better. We had a fabulous stay and the staff were so friendly. The facilities were very well taken care of. And the breakfast was fabulous everyday. I would say the breakfast are needs a tip jar. The staff were great and I would have liked to leave a tip. But wasn’t sure if I should just leave some on a table. I will say the pool area looked great we didn’t swim. I would have love to had a tour of the whole place and seen the crystal room and the room downstairs just to see. The hotel is beautiful with all the woodwork.
