The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was large. It is very close to almost anything an adult or child would want to enjoy in Branson. We had a two bedroom two bath apartment. You are able to have some privacy unlike a hotel.

Check in was a nightmare. After driving 5 hours we had to wait with 2 kids for an hour trying to check in, well it was actually waiting in line for a parking pass which was some sort of disguised time share sales pitch. The ladies at check-in could have easily just handed it to us with the other information. We've stayed here twice before and didn't have this to deal with. Also the shower was not hot at night time. Lukewarm at night, hot during the morning.

I loved that they provided extra huge towels for the indoor pool. Plus, cleaning products to wash dishes and clothes.

We arrived close to closing time and I asked the lady checking us if there were any handicapped rooms available and told her I wore leg braces. There were not and I understood, however, the room we were given had a jacuzzi tub that was a shower too. There was no way I was going to be able to use it for the next 4 days. My stability is challenging. We did not unpack but did sleep there. We went to the front desk and was able to switch to a room that had a shower. I am not sure if there was nothing available at the time of checking in but so grateful we were able to trade places.

We were very close to many attractions. Our room was spacious and plenty of amenities. Two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub in the master. We were on the third floor, our patio overlooked a creek and fountain area. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Wanted to play games in the game room but ran out of time. We did not experience any of the problems some of the reviews had complained about. Super clean, no bugs, and we were quite comfy. The indoor pool was in a building by itself and we walked over there after dark. We felt completely safe doing so.

The only thing that bothered us was the timeshare push. We got checked in and was sent to another room for parking passes and all that. That's when the push to attend the presentation started. We held fast with our No. Timeshare is not for us.

Location is great, rooms are clean and the value is great.

Check-in office closed earlier than advertised, had to go to alternative site to check-in, was told the office closes at 5pm instead of 7pm. Room cards not ready at check-in, had to be brought to us. Cards were deactivated the day before check-out, had to go get them reactivated. Was never given a parking pass, had to speak to concierge to get it (already spoke with a different one the day before a declined to sit through a presentation for a future discount). The second concierge was very curt when I declined the presentation and said I only needed a parking pass.

It was very spacious and quiet. The location was perfect and the area was maintained well. The pictures didn’t do the condo justice. The vault ceilings were beautiful.

The only complaint I have is the check in time started at 4 pm. Not convenient.

It seemed well maintained. The bed was very comfortable & there was a TV in the bedroom.

We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Also, didn’t enjoy having to “fight off” the concierge. It was a short visit and we weren’t there to attend a presentation. We’re in our 70s, on a fixed income and have little need for a vacation package.

Nice area, close to where we needed to be.

The elevator wouldn’t work one day, had an employee walk by I said hey there’s an issue with the elevator it’s just buzzing they in pretty plain English said I don’t speak English and walked on by. But the elevator did get fixed later on.

Entire facility was great staff was extremely polite and helpful will book again.

Neighbor of our first room stunk up our room but security got us relocated outdoor pool could've been bigger or have a second pool no followup or compensation for our trouble of having to pack up and move rooms due to neighbor and the parking pass concierge didn't follow up or honor her offer to attend seminar.

I like that it was family oriented. There were activities to do at the location. Also we were able to sign out board games, movies etc for indoor entertainment.

Accommodations were great. Everything was top notch

At the recommendations of your staff, we signed up for the two hour time share. They kept us 4 HOURS. Lynette was very nice and courteous, then walked in Richard, who was RUDE, and ugly to his employee (in front of us) and then turned on us. Would not let us go. Probably will never stay in Capitol property again
