I'm going to tell you, the woman who checked me in and handled my stay is a wonderful staff member. Do whatever you can to keep her around. It's hard to keep good staff and I hope your company values the staff you currently have, the breakfast met my expectations, the lady who checked me out was kind and friendly as well. My children traveled and actually had a horrific experience driving right before walking into the hotel, we then experienced the booking issue that could have easily caused our family additional stress and could have ended very badly for me and my kids, entering a room that was occupied is dangerous for many reasons, But the way the issue was resolved and addressed with such an exceptional customer service eased the entire situation. My heart just broke for the woman working. As anyone knows, it wasn't an error on one human it was a collective of errors, but she took the brunt and had to face this issue by herself and in real time. I applaud her for how she addressed and tackled the issue. I personally own 4 companies myself and know, an amazing employee when I see one. You have hit the jackpot with her. Intelligent, kind and hard working people are rare. My kids have decided we will absolutely be back when the water park is open. Her customer service is the reason we will be back, she set the tone on how this establishment treats its guests.

I'm wondering if softer lighting would elevate the experience. I find bright lighting to bring about more motel, and hospital vibes. Higher end hotels have softer lighting. The place looks good, and everything was great, just from a business stand point I think the softer lighting would give more of an elegant vibe verse the sterile hospital vibe. Just my 2 cents, it doesn't make or break anything.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was great for a family with kids. The room was big and that was my favorite. I could breath not unlike other hotels that are small.

Honestly, I didn't like that the staff knocked on my door to ask if my kids were running and jumping. I understand people want silence at night. But it was not that late, and that's the concept of staying at a hotel it's not our home. by the way my kids were in bed but just thinking of others because as a mom I understand..

Staff were extremely friendly. The beds were clean , comfortable and the room was spacious for families. The bunk beds with their own TV were great for kids and big enough for adults too. Breakfast was excellent with many choices plus they kept it well stocked. This is a money saver and we started our day stuffed! Housekeeping was wonderful. If you needed anything, they did not hesitate to provide us with extra towels, blankets, sheets etc., The hotel was quiet and peaceful. We loved the observation decks. The location is closed to everything and I would highly recommend it. This is also a great value if you're sticking to a budget.

The water park is closed due to a complete construction makeover BUT the owners(which are hands on working daily)also own the hotel across the street and guests get free use of the outdoor pool which was clean, quiet and private. So not really a problem.

First off my stay was amazing.I loved everything about this property.What stood off the most was the guy who checked us in I feel so bad that I forgot his name but I'm pretty sure you'll know who I'm talking about lol,We started off a little late getting to the property he called to check to make sure everything was ok and that we would be checking in for the weekend.When we arrived he greeted us with a heartfelt smile he was super nice,friendly and helpful and checked on us nightly to make sure we were comfortable.I tried to give him a tip but he would not take it.Please keep someone as great and positive as him with your company.We definitely will be traveling back next year to stay

Couldn't find anything wrong we were concerned about a pool however our amazing desk guy let us know we could attend the pool across the street

There was more than enough space to accommodate our family of 5 and our stuff. Loved that our younger 2 had their "own" bunk room with Tv.

The mattresses could be of better quality. Comfortable but you could tell they were cheap. It also felt like the mattress was too big for the base or frame that it was on.

how nice and clean the room was and the staff was really nice to talk to and the breakfast was good could have been a little warmer that what it was. The cook there was fabulous and we all really enjoyed talking to her.

Breakfast wasn't very warm. Wish the water park was done but it was still ok.

The front desk was very nice and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The water park is still under construction. I really appreciated all the communication to ensure we knew and am excited for it to open. We were able to see it through the windows and it will be really neat when it’s all finished up.

People have been giving this place bum reviews and I stake the it’s only because the water park is closed for renovations…that closure is made clear when you book. Outside of that closure, everything else about the hotel is fantastic: the rooms, the staff, the location, the value. Don’t let others’ bad reviews turn you away from this place.

There’s no breakfast but why eat in the hotel when you have so many good local choices to enjoy?

Loved the location and ease of access. The rooms were perfect for our family, great comfort, clean, breakfast was perfect.... will plan to stay here a lot in the future!

Nothing worth noting, the parking lot stinks to walk up from to doors, but we will do it with a smile! ;-)

The breakfast could be expanded a lot more. Maybe bagels, bread and a toaster, yogurt, apples, bananas. I understand the idea for a hot breakfast but seems like the $ could be better spent on the free breakfast as we saw a lot of waste. Also it was very sad that the indoor water park was down. I am hoping that it would really help business pick up. Perhaps a small fridge for cold items. But what staff were there really are kind and helpful individual's.
