The Carriage House is a hidden gem. We love the atmosphere, their friendly staff, and the great continental breakfast that includes frozen waffles, English muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bread, eggs, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, hot chocolate packets, coffee, a juice machine, and all the condiments for making toast and waffles. The rooms are provided with a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, coffee pot, and blow dryer. 

Nothing that would prevent me from staying here a 3rd time. Suggestions are that the rooms could be updated just a little meaning plumbing- the sinks backed up and I noticed our friend's beds were a lot softer than ours in our room.

The look of the building facing drew me since I pass it on my way to work each day. Cute and old times come to mind. The staff, she was wonderful. Super nice and efficient. Even though it was late afternoon, cold and yucky out and she had the front door locked, when she let us in, she was genuinely nice, helpful and just super wonderful to work with. Will definitely be staying there again.

The shower spray. Not enough pressure. The water temp I leave that to off season since there really isn't anyone helping bring the hot from its origins on a 30 something degree night. The room itself, nice, clean and inviting. The only thing was the floor. There was a super slight sticky in places slightly gritty feel in others. If you went barefoot not pleasant and it made white socks no longer white. But that was all. That could've been maintenance after the cleaning happened even. Not sure.

We visited for our son’s World Series baseball tournament and loved the fact of how close we were to everything. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic but definitely a good thing to have.

The rooms are slightly outdated and need a little revamping. Our shower barely put out water and at times struggled to get hot. Our internet connection was not good unfortunately, which was frustrating at times. Our kids had trouble watching & playing on their devices. And having a smart tv in the rooms that you really can’t use other than the basic cable was slightly disappointing. The pool was out of order the first half of our stay, but they did get it fixed and opened back up. So that worked out in the end.

Great location, 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and just around the corner from many stores and restaurants, and many other attractions. Breakfast was great. Good selection of items and served hot every morning. The room was clean, with plenty of space. Had everything I needed, a fridge, microwave, and even had pumps with hand soap, and shampoo in the shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the area felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again!

The last day of my stay, the fire alarm went off randomly throughout the day, I think the battery needed to be changed. The lamp beside my bed didn't work, but it really wasn't that much of a problem.

Check in and check out were easy, staff were friendly. Room was clean (and quiet) with plenty of parking available. Breakfast was extremely good with biscuits, sausage patties, eggs, white gravy, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, bread, toast, 4 types of dry cereal, pitchers of milk, very good coffee, 4 fruit juices and even more items. A very friendly lady kept the food items restocked with freshly cooked items, freshly made coffee and tables kept clean.

The weather was wet and cool, but of course Carriage house cannot do anything about that. We have stayed here before and will many more times.

The staff members they have here are wonderful. They are always nice, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a great location close to a lot of the attractions with mini golf in walking distance. The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was great.

I would like the driveway to the parking lot to be marked better. If you are unfamiliar with Branson you will turn I to the wrong parking lot by mistake.

beds were awful very uncomfortable I had to fold 3 blankets on top of each other to be able to sleep… pool was very very cold got in only once in a week stay… hot water was luke warm… they need. to remodel very old decor

We liked the commute to and from all the attractions and shops we wanted to go. Most places we would get there in 5 minutes. We loved the heated pool. We liked the way the parking lot was slanted. That way, people on the third floor only have to up one flight of stairs. I loved that the lady who helped check us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. She told us the best area to park for our room location. She helped us when we mentioned a light being burned out. She explained and gave examples of any charges that could be charged and why. The room was very clean.

The hot breakfast that was available was biscuits, peppered gravy, eggs, and sausage. The biscuits were dry and gritty. The eggs were tough. The sausage tasted like it came from McDonald's. Luckily, there were a few other options that we could choose from.

The staff was wonderful. We extended our stay, unexpectedly, and they worked with us to keep our rooms. The breakfast was very good and the rooms/pool were very clean.

I have nothing negative to say. If I had any suggestions, I would only say that they need a larger eating area for guests. They were so busy that there was nowhere to set on more than one occasion so we had to take food back to our rooms.

I liked how comfortable and cozy it was. Very clean room. The pool was nice and warm. Overall, the stay was relaxing and close to most convenient places we wanted to visit!

I used booking.com to book a 2 queen bedroom on the ground floor, got told that we had a king bed on the ground floor, so we got put on the 3rd floor. A little bit of a mix up but not bad. I was wanting to try the biscuits and gravy, there were no biscuits when I arrived for breakfast, stayed 10 mins before I left. I feel like smoking destinations could be better placed, everytime I went to our room someone was smoking and I had to walk through the suffocating smoke. Lastly, and this is not the hotels fault, but someone tied their dog up outside cause they were not allowed to have pets in the room. Sad sight to see.
